My son is obsessed with big buck Hunt but unfortunately broke 10 days after we got it. Going through 1arcade manufac. to get it fixed was a nightmare and ultimately had to return the entire machine… had to completely rebuild a new machine which took hours but this one is now working well. Fingers crossed it says working because we really do love the game.

Absolutely love this game. Definitely worth investing in. Works amazing and lives up to arcade standard bringing me back to my childhood days in the arcade. Arcade1Up definitely did an outstanding job in bringing this classic game to life for at home use.

Added this amazing arcade game to our movie/game room. It was an awesome decision and I am very happy with this product. Great quality, reasonable pricing and so much fun! I highly recommend this product if you are looking for a full size arcade game !

We just bought this arcade on Thursday, January 23rd. It is now Sunday January 26th from day one. I noticed that some of the stages were very laggy, thus rendering the game or stage unplayable. That was on day one. Now it's day three and the first player shotgun is not working at all.

As soon as I assembled the cabinet and turned it on for the very first time there was a very loud buzzing noise coming from the metal box on back of the screen. From searching it appears to be a problem with the cooling fan which could lead to overheating and permanent damage. The game functions and is very fun except for the loud buzzing noise and concern that it will overheat and fry the board.

Only giving it 4 out of 5 stars as there is cosmetic damage on the control deck panel. The sticker that says "it's a new finish that doesn't need a deck protector", took the finish off the panel when removing the sticker. Going to file a warranty request and see what happens. Otherwise this cabinet is 5 stars all day long!

Specific item review: Ordered for myself as a Xmas present. Very disappointed on the first play-through that the P1 gun has a sticky reload pump, resulting in one to two shots the entire round, can’t find a way to fix short of opening, will attempt warranty replacement. Overall product review: Have several other cabinets already but non with light guns. Guns are lighter than arcade counterparts (understandable) and experience is more impacted on this than something like the fighting or beat ‘em up cabs. Biggest design issue for me remains the 17” screen. I understand the cost efficiencies in manufacturing the same screen size but a 19” that fit in the same space would make a world of difference.

Worked ok but the orange gun didn't work properly from the beginning and two weeks later the eye in the end of the gun quite working. The trigger and the pump work but nothing happens when you shoot the screen. Kind of disappointed because it was supposed to be a family Christmas present

This is my second cabinet of a big Buck. First one the screen turned white and didn’t load. Second one the green gun went out after one day of use. Now after about a week of use the orange gun has gone out. I own 5 Arcade1 games and have been. a good customer. I hope they make it right and replace the guns.

I have always loved playing big buck hunter everywhere I could find it. Me and my current roommate used to play buck hunter all the time on a Wii in our barracks room when we were in the army 14 years ago and now we have it in our living room!! It's a dream come true. Thank you for all the hours of good times
