Love them

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The only complaint I have it the characters on the easy ups for girls. Dora is not popular anymore. It would be nice if it was an up to date popular character that kids liked now. Otherwise we love them and will continue to use them through potty training.

good for times when you just might not make it...

My kids felt like they were wearing diapers when they wore these, so used them as such. We had much better potty-training success when we just used underwear, but these were great when we were out of the house and might not make it to the potty in time.

Pull-Ups

We still use Pull-Ups, at night, for my potty-trained toddler. We call them "Super SpeciaL Night Time Underwear." We've never had an issue with a Pull-Up leaking at night and they're easy for my girl to get off and on, when she has to potty before bed. The only problem is that she's outgrowing the Pull-Ups and we've had to switch to the other night-time diaper brand, that comes in larger sizes.

A Good Product

These have great fit and absorbency for our daughter. For helping potty training they are average as most brands are fairly similar in this respect however I would recommend these to parents who have children that run on the bigger side as the sides are super stretchy and hold up far better than other brands.

Mommy & Daughter approved potty training pants

My 3 year old absolutely loves the Dora designs on these training pants. She calls them her "Big Girl Bottoms". I think potty training is only effective when you use the proper techniques. These pants won't train your child to use the potty but they do make a nice reward for using the potty chair. They are not as absorbent as a regular diaper so I only let my daughter wear her "Big Girl Bittoms"as a reward when she uses her potty chair. Otherwise, she might just treat them as a fancy diaper.

Meh

Honestly I don't see the difference between these and regular diapers, except they're harder to put on/get off. It's hard even for me to tell by feel when the diaper is wet. Sure, the little images go away, but my son isn't paying attention to that. I REALLY like that these can hold up well enough that my son isn't wetting the bed. One of the main reasons I buy these. But like I said, the kiddo can't tell when he's wet, and that's the point of training pants. I rated the Value so low because they're the most expensive at my store and they've got the listed problems.

Helped potty train

When we first began potty training I made the mistake of having my then toddler in Pampers diapers instead of training pants. It's only when a friend of mine suggested I make the change did I see how much it helped Dottie in her potty training journey. With the underwear like characteristic she felt like she was a big girl. It encouraged her to use the potty more often and even while on the go if she did have a small accident, the training pants helped from soiling her dress.

Lots of Pros One Con

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are really helpful for potty training. They fit better and are softer than the major competitor and better imitate underwear. They offer great absorbency and seem to be comfortable. The tear-able sides allow you to deal with messes easily, but that also leads to the one negative - they aren't re-fastenable. So, to put on a new one, you have to take off their shoes and pants. For this reason, our daycare strongly prefers the competitor's product which can be re-fastened.

Great for potty training

I used these diapers at night because my daughter was only potty trained during the day- she would leak a lot but Im not sure that the intended use for these diapers is to be used for 8 hours at night. But as far as potty training, great! She loved both the Dora and Cars designs.

One of the better potty training pants

My son loves his easy ups. However, if he has an accident I have to completely undress him from the waist down to put on a new pull up. Trying to take off his shoes and pants in a public bathroom stall is a little tricky. The absorbency is not the same as the cruisers, but he hasn't leaked through onto his clothing yet.
