Just so you know. This icing is exactly what I wanted to be. It’s yummy and sweet and has the cream cheese taste (but doesn’t taste like straight cream cheese) I saw other reviews about chemical taste, mine did not have that. I thought it tasted just like if I would have made it. I think this is a great quick option. I just put it on a boxed cupcake mix so I could try it. It covered 18 cupcakes with some icing to spare. I bet it would be so good on carrot cake.
