These always come in handy. I only give it 4 stars because it has a lot of fat which I’m guessing is from the bacon. It also has a lot of cheese. I liked it but very oily.

When I made it I added a little bit more cheese on top and but it into a real bowl to make it feel more homemade. The flavor is good and the sausage has a good amount of flavor to it. The eggs were a bit watery after reheating but that is to be expected. Overall I would buy again for a fast morning breakfast.

Way too salty, bland. The Meat Lovers bowls were so much better, these are just a sad imitation. Yes, there's more protein in there than the meat lovers bowls, but you have to absolutely choke these down. Terrible. Would give zero stars if that was an option.

I like that there is a variety of flavors in the bowl and the protein content is extremely high for one meal, which means it will keep me full until lunchtime. I also appreciate the use of turkey sausage to lower the fat content as well as the ease of cooking. In 2 1/2 minutes I have a full breakfast made! What I didn’t like was that it felt a little chewy, the fatty pieces of the bacon were definitely hard to look at and digest so I remove those prior to enjoying the bowl. I also found it to have an overwhelming smoky flavor, which leads me to believe they might have used artificial smoke flavoring in the product, which I could definitely go without! because of the high sodium and calorie count, I myself would not choose this at a grocery store, but my husband absolutely loves it so it is a good value for our money. If it saves you time and you enjoy it, buy it! I received this product with a complimentary gift card from Influenster to purchase and try so that I might review it here.
