While the eggs had that slight, inevitable frozen and microwaved rubbery texture, it was easily masked by the richness of the other ingredients, and the low 5g net carbs definitely makes it a convenient and guilt free choice for a high powered start to the day.

It’s a hearty and filling breakfast. It comes in a 4-pack from Sam’s, and you microwave it. It comes out with a good serving portion and is very tasty. I would purchase again!

The serving size was a good-sized portion. The ingredients were well-balanced and well-seasoned. The eggs seemed to be powdered eggs, which lacks a bit in texture but they were decent. The bacon could have been a little bit more cooked for my liking but that is a preference thing as I generally prefer super crispy. I was impressed by how much meat was actually in this. I could tell the protein was high because of how filling it was. This literally takes zero effort. You puncture the top, microwave for 1-minute, pull back the plastic, stir, and microwave for another 1.5 minutes. Let it rest for a minute and eat, that’s it. It’s that simple! Quick, easy, easy cleanup, and filling. This could be great for many occasions including work, getting kids out the door quickly or scenarios like camping. Admittedly, this product tasted much better than I was anticipating! If you are looking for something like this with 35 GRAMs of protein!!! For 450 calories, this could be for you!

The sausage tasted like real sausage, not turkey sausage. The re cheese melted well, wasn't stringy. The overall combination of flavors was really good.
