My daughter and I had these as an anchor food on our keto diet! The extra protein and minimal carbs made this ideal! I lost nearly 30 lbs since last fall eating several of these per week!

These are awful, and nothing like the usual Jimmy Dean breakfast bowls. They are super salty and mushy, and they have a terrible mouth feel. The taste isn’t any better either. I couldn’t choke down more than a few bites and threw the rest of the bowl out.

The instructions are easy and it doesn’t require a lot of steps. It’s a filling breakfast and tasty. Also easy to clean up.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love that this product is a healthier alternative to typical frozen breakfast meals but I did find that the sausage had a pretty chewy texture & based on that, I don’t think I would purchase again.

The turkey is tuffer than the regular meat lover's breakfast bowls. I also don't like turkey very much. Twice a year during Holidays is all the turkey I want for the year. I won't buy again. I want the meat lover's breakfast bowls back. I will get the meat lover's breakfast bowls from Walmart until they become available again at Sam's Club
