I like it the coolness. I’ve had it for 3 weeks and still getting use to it. Wish it was a little softer. Great customer service and 2 day free delivery.

Be aware that if you sit on the edge to put on your shoes or take them off etc, you will not be supported. You will slide a bit. So, you will have to sit back, with your knees at the edge. That's all. ;)

Probably the most comfortable bed I’ve had. It’s not too firm or soft. I don’t usually stay asleep much at night but I have had great sleep because of it.

Bed was easy to unpack and we have had several great nights sleep. Also ordered the pillows, base and mattress cover. The base took a while to set up but is very sturdy Firmness= medium Luxe feel= medium

This bed is amaze-ballz!! It's so comfortable and I haven't sweat while I've slept since I got it. It actually is cool to the touch. My aches in my back are no longer bothering me. I highly recommend.

The first week my husband and I woke up in more pain. After that, the mattress seemed to break in a bit and we have no more pain. We are really happy with our purchase.

Don't buy for the cooling gel! Loses all cooling properties when you put sheets on. High count cotton sheets help... but not much. Other than that bed sleeps amazing.

Heard about this bed from a podcast I listen to. I was sceptical at first, but this is by far the greatest bed I've ever owned. The cooling feature changes the game. If you had doubts, don't.

My daughter and son in law have had one 5+ years. We finally broke down and got one! Best money ever spent! I love waking up without my neck and back hurting and sleeping soundly all night!
