Arrived quickly and easy to get unpacked. No odor problem at all. Slept a little more firm initially but quickly leveled out to be supportive but not too firm. We were having issue with hips and shoulder pressure points on the old mattress, but they are completely gone now! Would say it’s less mobile than a regular mattress but more than other foam mattresses I’ve slept in before, so I’d say it’s a perfect balance. Would absolutely recommend!

I love the feel and firmness of our luxe mattress! Didnt have any priblem with unpacking or with smell. I haven't been able to tell if it helps me stay cool. That is one of the most important reasons I chose this mattress. I have an autoimmune disease and remaining cool is a must so....jury is out but I am optimistic! I will take advantage of the fantastic return policy if need be.

I purchased this king mattress for the cooling factor & the fact the company had a 100% refund policy if not satified after trying for 30 days. I even purchased the mattress protector & ghost sheets. My boyfriend & I were excited to try out. Unfortunately, we both had terrible nights sleep. Of course, I figured it's new & were getting used to it. But, it continued every night where we were both hot & it was just too soft for us. I emailed the company as requested & got asked numerous questions..what sheets I'm using, temperature of the room, home. I answered with the main reason that we were both so hot & that was my initial focus on this "coolest mattress in the world", but was told being too hot is not a reason for a refund. I wish I would've done a better google search of this company as I would have saw the numerous complaints just I have encounter. I'm still trying to get ahold of someone in management, but have not been contacted. I'll keep continuing to fight this issue, but I highly suggest you use another company.

We ordered the ghostbed luxe. Amazing quality mattress. Having a brand new mattress is just one of the best feelings. Unfortunately my partner is a really hot sleeper and we were praying for a miracle when we ordered our ghost bed. Unfortunately it did not solve our issue with nights sweats. May just be a rare situation but we were bummed. The ghostbed pillows and sheets are phenomenal and our friends love their original ghost bed! I do recommend this mattress and the company has been above and beyond helpful to us!

We got this during the holiday sales, and it has been fantastic. The plushness is neither too soft nor too hard to move around in. Back pains = completely gone! The cooling technology is also amazing. As someone who sleeps warm, this has been a lifesaver for a great night’s sleep!

After significant research that I ended up buying the GhostBed Luxe. I've to say that so far its been an amazing experience. They advertised that the mattress is cool and this was a critical requirement for me and the it is as good as advertised. It is terrific. It was quite easy to unbox and set up the mattress and there was hardly any smell that many review sites claimed. I'm extremely happy with this decision, hopefully the GhostBed doesn't disappoint me after 3 months as I've seen many other popular mattresses sold online lose shine after 3-4 months.

We have been sleeping on our GhostBed Luxe for about a month. It is awesome! We set it up late one afternoon and it was ready within minutes. There was no smell and it plumped up quickly. No more complaints about aching hips and shoulders! We are side and back sleepers. The temperature is cool and comfortable all night long. This was my first online mattress purchase. So glad I decided on GhostBed!

I have been sleeping on my new bed for about 2 weeks now. From day 1 I noticed how well I slept through the night. Previously I would toss and turn, wake up with back pain and not to mention sweat and I keep my air at 71°. I since then sleep all night, keep my covers on me without sweating and no back pain. I highly recommended this bed or any size version of this bed to anyone who wants a good nights sleep. Thank you Team!

My wife had back pain everyday with our old mattress. With this new Ghostbed, her back pain is completely gone. She gives a 5 star rating. I give a 4 star rating because I don’t feel any “cooling” on the mattress once we put sheets on the mattress. Without sheets, I do feel the cooling feature of the mattress, but it’s not really practical to sleep with no sheets. That said, I don’t have any other experience on a different memory foam mattress, so it may be cooler than others. As for the rest of the mattress, I agree with a prior review. It feels like a slab of concrete when i first laid on it, but I feel that I subtly sink in a little during the night. It took me a week or so, but I sleep very well on this mattress.

14 years ago I fractured my neck C1 in a very bad motorcycle accident and have recently been experiencing some back pain. Sleeping at night has been ok sleep but now with the ghost bed I sleep great and don't wake up with back pain at all. The ghost pillows are fantastic and no neck pain in the morning.
