Mixed review: On a scale of 1 to 10 for firmness, I’d put it at an 8 which is not what I was expecting from the description. I thought it’d be more of a 6. My husband loves it and sleeps great. I had to buy a mattress pad after several weeks because I was waking up with my entire body hurting and getting knots in my back because it was too firm for me.

I really wanted to love this mattress. I wake up with back pain every morning. I am a back sleeper and had previously owned a temperpedic mattress which I slept on for 3 years with zero back pain. When my fiancé we’re moving, we decided to upgrade to a king mattress. We did soo much research and thought GhostBed would be a good choice. I wish I would’ve returned the mattress during the 101 day trial. We ordered the mattress a month before we moved and kept it boxed up. We didn’t start sleeping on it till we’d already had it a month. I kept thinking I was sore because the bed needed to be broken in etc.. and missed the deadline to return because I kept thinking it would get better . Ugh waste of money

My wife and I are both side sleepers. Our previous Casper mattress just wasn't good for us. We were waking up too sore each morning. Did a little research and decided to try the GhostBed Luxe. I can honestly say that we both really love it. Looked specifically for pressure relieving mattresses and this does what it says. We both "sink in" just enough to be really comfortable in almost any position. We are sleeping deeper, better and longer. And way more comfortably. I even sleep on my back better when I do. On the previous mattress both my arms would go numb and sore when I was on my back. Not on this one, I can stay on my back indefinitely if I want to with no problems. Also my wife says she does not wake up any longer when I move around or get up, which she used to complain of a lot. We are really happy so far and now look forward to bedtime and morningtime!

I purchased the LUXE and it was actually a pretty stiff mattress. I ended up purchasing a 3 inch gel padding along with a down topper. It's now way softer and sink in more. I also ordered the pillows and all-in-one foundation which all shipped at different times which was inconvenient. I think the price of the mattress should be way lower considering I didn't notice anything different from my old mattress besides it's all foam. It's also very heavy.

This bed is very comfortable. It is funny to watch my wife try to climb into it, the mattress is only 2 inches higher than our last one, but that makes a difference. She loves it though and is sleeping better as well. Soon we are going to try the pillows.We were skeptical on ordering a bed we could not sit or lay on like you do in the showroom, with 'GhostBed' warranty how could you not try it out? Also, my friend and her mother has one and they both love their beds. You just can not wait for bedtime.

I bought the 13’’’ luxe queen bed. It is only 11’’ About a week into sleeping on bed I found myself struggling to turn over. I have been trying to get help from the ghost bed team. Although the people are very nice they have made absolutely no effort in taking care of problem. Hoping I will go away! You can’t take enough pictures for them! I wouldn’t recommend this bed. And warranty is a useless.

This is the best mattress I’ve ever had! My husband and I decided to go with the cooling gel since we both sleep warm every night. This has made a huge difference. The memory foam underneath is great. I suffer from both spinal and hip issues and this has made my soreness and tenderness every morning almost disappear. I have a feeling that the more I sleep on this mattress as time goes on, the more the pain will lessen. The mattress itself has a comfy, squishy top to it that feels soft when you sit on it - especially on the edges. However, you don’t just sink into it. So it’s both soft on top and yet also firm in the center, giving you plenty give for bodily support. I chose to do the white glove service as well and am so happy I did. They scheduled a day with me, hauled the old mattress away along with all the boxes and materials, set up the new mattress and foundation, and were super courteous and respectful of my home. Fantastic product!

Where has our Ghostbed Luxe been all our lives? We waited too long to buy it. We replaced a 15 year old innerspring mattress with our Ghostbed Luxe Queen bed. We seriously want to be in bed all the time now. It's so comfortable. It also has fantastic support. It's firm and supportive, yet the top is soft and comfortable. The side support is better than other memory foam mattresses. You don't feel like you're going to fall off if you're close to the edge. The temperature of the mattress is perfect. We are hot sleepers, and this mattress keeps the temperature perfectly comfortable so we sleep well all night long. The cooling features inside the mattress really do work. (We purchased an adjustable base and mattress cover with our mattress and will review those separately.) We highly recommend the Ghostbed Luxe mattress.

This was exactly what we were looking for but it took a few days to adjust. The first night was mixed. We had a traditional mattress before and I think we just weren't expecting the change in motion to affect our sleep. We're a week into it now and couldn't be happier so far. We both sleep comfortably and cool. Temperature was the biggest reason for us to try this mattress and so far it's been a cooler sleep. Will definitely recommend.

Cooling, soft, perfect amount of firmness and no springs to poke me (like my old mattress). I’m an over analyzer. When we were looking at buying a mattress, I literally had a spreadsheet. We finally went with Ghostbed because of several factors: American made, amazing reviews, lifetime warranty and amazing customer service. They beat out all of the other companies. It was worth the research and investment. I haven’t slept this good in years!
