We’ve been sleeping on the GhostBed luxe now for a few weeks and absolutely love it. Really is like sleeping on a cloud. The firmness level is spot on in their description. I’d say just over a medium and even though you get a great amount of that memory foam cushion, the mattress still has a good level of firmness to allow moving around. We side and back sleep mostly. My shoulders sink in nicely and have no pain in the morning. I’m not going to say it’s a lower back pain miracle cure because people have many unique causes for their aches and pains but we feel this mattress conforms to our bodies and supports in the correct way to help keep that morning lower back stiffness to a minimum (if not eliminate it completely).

We went from a pillow top to the GhostBed Luxe. It was a little different adjusting too! Being 100% memory foam. We are back and side sleepers. So we wanted something supportive but comfortable. Our jobs are hard on our body. What I have learned is some night I will wake up sweating. So I’m not necessarily feeling the cooling effect of the bed. But I can definitely say I wake up feeling more refreshed and I’m not tossing and turning like I was before on our broken down pillow top. The material and quality of the bed is amazing! I was hesitant on ordering because of the price, especially not being able to try it out. But it’s well worth the investment.

I have always had coil beds, because I never thought a memory foam could be firm enough. This bed at first is quite firm but gets better. After you get used to it the bed feels like it envelopes you a little and it feels so good. I am finding myself sleeping longer and deeper. Definitely recommend bed. Edge firmness is not comparable to coil coil will be stiffer, but good bed.

Love my bed! As a person with fibromyalgia and sciatica I have literally tried several beds over the years, all of them expensive high end. I was sleeping on my leather sofa because the most recent bed was a fail too....not quite a year old! This Ghostbed was my last hope. So far I am more than satisfied and recommend this bed.

So I've owned my ghostbed for over a month now and I agree, it is really nice. I don't notice the "cooling effect" that is supposed to occur. I am definitely a warm sleeper and still wake up just as warm as a regular bed. I love how it contours to my back and I've had a significant decrease in back pain since we have been sleeping on it. I think the biggest thing for me was the warranty offered with it. In the past 15 years we have replaced our mattress 5 times and this one is the best by far.

I bought the mattress because I thought I was going to feel the difference between a regular mattress to this supposedly cooler one. The mattress stays warm even 20 minutes after I wake up. That was the comfort I was looking for in a mattress, feeling it cool and not that my body temperature stayed on the mattress to the point that I had to get up at night and let it cool down. Very disappointed

When we purchased the Ghostbed, I was worried that I would be too hot because I had been warned that memory foam wasn't always comfortable for hot sleepers. However, we purchased the Ghostbed LUXE and my husband and I LOVE it. The temperature is perfect.

Took a few weeks to get use to this bed but now I’d say we love it! My back doesn’t ache like it use to with old traditional mattress. Only thing I don’t like is when you sit on edge it sinks. Wish this could be improved! Also bought mattress cover and sheets! Sheets are well worth the price- fit the bed perfect!

We chose the split king which gave us the best of two worlds, comfort without the usual bounces of the other occupant. Not only are we insulated from our occasional toss or turn, the toss and turns are virtually gone. Full uninterrupted sleep, especially these days, is a welcome benefit.

Easy set up. However the mattress is way too soft for my back and the first night of sleep was horrible. It made my back hurt so bad I had to make an urgent appointment with my chiropractor and then immediately remove the mattress. It is cool to the touch. I just need a very firm mattress and this is not it.
