I was hoping to relieve some back pain I have been having. We bought the mattress and it was delivered about 5 days later. Although, it hasn't really done much for my back pain, I am sleeping so much better and it is also super comfortable. So far, super impressed.

I had a terrible mattress that was tearing my back up after having my son baby. I finally broke down and bought a new mattress, well worth it!!! Back pain gone, my babies are loving it and I can’t keep them out of it and my daughter is obsessed with how “cute” the bed is! We love it! Great quality product!

This mattress is definitely not for me. I've been tossing and turning since my first night waking up with a sore back, hips and sides. The top cover can be compared to sleeping on two or more comforters - too squishy. There is also a problem with retaining too much heat. It feels like sleeping on a heating pad set to low/medium. An epic failure. Just waiting for the 30-days to start the return process.

We've had this bed for about a month and are sleeping much better than our old latex bed. It is definitely much much cooler than our old mattress. I would wake up in the night sweating even in the middle of winter. I know I will not have this problem anymore.

I just didn't love it that 1st night after I got it. I am not feeling the cooling which is the reason I bought it. I only have one lightweight "Cooling" sheet on the bed but I still wake up sweating so that's disappointing. And it seems firmer than what I was expecting maybe because I don't weigh much but instead of sinking in, I just seemed to sit on top and my lower back still hurts. I'm just not sure what to think

This bed is amaze balls! I have been sleeping on a futon for the past 3 years and the first night sleeping on Ghost was a the best sleep I have properly have gotten in a very long time. I usually wake up multiple times in the middle of the night. But with Ghost bed I have been sleeping through the night or waking up only once to go to the bathroom. I'm positive this bed will get even better over time! :)

I purchased my GhostBed Luxe based based on the review of mattresses in Consumer Reports. I was so impressed with GhosBed's Customer Service after a small glitch with delivery. They were very friendly, knowledgeable and understanding and the issue was resolved immediately with a call back to reassure me of my new delivery date. I had my new mattress within two days. The mattress is as advertised: cool with great support, but still relieves pressure points. It fit perfectly on my current adjustable bed frame. The only note I have is that my deep pocket bottom sheets are not enough to "tuck-in" all around the mattress. I like a tight-fitting bottom sheet, so I am looking for extra deep pocket sheets.

Spent 3 weeks trying to love this bed. Unfortunately, the bed itself is way too firm for me and I was unable to fall asleep and stay asleep. Although the cooling feature was the main reasoning why I purchased, I still was overheating at night and couldn’t really feel any cooling sensation after sheets were on the bed. All in all, I’m going to return as the bed was not what I had hoped for.

We recently ordered the Luxe mattress and were definitely looking forward to the new mattress. The mattress we replaced was a gel/memory foam and was fairly pricey, which we bought from a store just about 2 years ago. We when we bought our new Ghost bed, we were actually pretty skeptical about buying this and the claims made about it. But our old one slept so hot, and although it seemed comfortable, we always woke up stiff and sore. So we thought we'd try out the Ghost bed. We could always return it if we needed. Well, it arrived more quickly than we thought, which was nice. The next surprise was that that was not a smell to it that these kinds of beds can have. No odor at all. Our first night we were excited to try it. I can say that the cooling effect of it seems quite real. I can't wait until summer to try it then. We both slept very well, and when we woke up did not have that soreness that we usually had on the other bed. It is a little more firm than we were used to, but as it turns out, that doesn't matter. We are comfortable and it feels great to get in bed. It is supportive in all the right places without causing pain. My wife sleeps on her side usually and when she sleeps on a firmer mattress, her hip often sore. But not with the Ghost Luxe! We have had it for about a month and are quite happy with it. We have ZERO intent on returning it. Our only problem is what to do with our old mattress now!

I thought the bed was too hard for me and it hurt my back. Also it is not easy to return this mattress like they say. They will not pick it up because of Covid. I should have been notified of this since i bought it during Covid and I have to pay to ship my promotional things back. I'm so disappointed in this company and I'm still stuck with the mattress I don't want with no refund!! Beware of this before you buy from this company!
