This mattress is great. I was sleeping on an old spring mattress and while between beds and there is no comparison. I have back pain from lifting weights and doing desk work all day and the ghostbed has significantly reduced it. I attribute that to the awesome support you get. It really does stay cool unlike the foam mattress I had years ago. This bed has been a life changer.

Thanks to the drinkin bros community I have found a perfect bed. I now sleep through the night every night. The cooling gel makes everything better as well. I have been telling everyone to buy ghost beds now. I'll never. Buy a different mattress from here on out.

I haven't slept for morr than 5 hours for almost 20 years. Since we received our adjustable base and Venus Williams mattress, I haven't slept less than 7 hours. I don't do reviews. I'm only writing those who are questioning the purchase. If you're like me and have spent decades with different flat bed mattresses of all types and still have a hard time staying asleep - don't read further. It's completely worth it.

We are truly enjoying our new mattress. Ist week, we did not use a mattress cover. 2nd week , we put the mattress cover on. See no real difference in using the cover. Not having stiffness when we get out of bed in the morning. I love our new mattress. So easy to order, easy unpacking, and placing on bed. All my old sheets fit, too. Glad we listened to our son to order our own. Thanks!

My friends got their regular ghost bed around the time when my s/o and I got our Luxe and they are literally the same thing. I paid over $1,000 more for a Luxary version of a mattress but got the same quality. The mattress doesn’t have any of the cooling features that were advertised, and feels the exact same as the original. Now I’m stuck paying more for a bed that is the same as the original. Don’t get me wrong, I love my bed. It’s amazing. But I’m not happy that I paid extra for better quality and did not receive it. Save your money and just get the original Ghost Bed.

Had both queen and king Ghostbed Luxe mattresses delivered just before Thanksgiving for an extended family get-together. I loved that the mattresses fully expanded upon removal from the box and had very little odor if at all. I had the pleasure of sleeping on the king bed and it was heaven! I slept like a dream! I felt the support but also the comfort of the plush, cushioned top. The Lux beds are fantastic! Customer service was terrific---the rep who sold me the mattresses calmed my fears about everything arriving in time for the holiday. Very pleased with my whole experience with Ghostbed! The setup was a breeze. Super easy to setup and fun to watch it expand. Bed ended up being very comfortable. It wasn't as cool as we were hoping compared to our older spring mattress, but cool enough (it's winter when I write this so it's a little hard to judge fairly). I wouldn't say that I'd rave about the mattress but I sleep great and the bed is plenty comfy when I'm awake and just not ready to get up yet.

This is by far the best bed I've ever owned. I've finally been sleeping through the night. It is so comfortable. It's plush and gel like and yet firm. I'm a side sleeper and this has rejuvenated me. I wake up every morning ready to take on the day. I've been recommending Ghost bed to anyone that has been talking about poor sleep or needing a new bed.

I do like this bed very much. My wife and I are able to get into bed at separate times with out waking each other up. I sleep very well in this bed. The two cons I have are it is not a cooling as advertised but that isn't that big a deal. The other is the sheets will not stay in place and when I lay down on this I feel like I am on a slip and slide. I have tried several sheets and can't seem to get it right. If I put a cover over the bed to stop the sliding then it gets hotter. Willing to hear of any solutions if anyone is having this problem as well. I know, "first world problems", but you asked.

I've had my GhostBed Luxe for a little over a month and I can't remember a time I've slept better than I have been since I've got this mattress. I'm giving it four stars because I feel like the cooling properties don't fully live up to the hype. The bare mattress is definitely cool to the touch but I would say only slightly cooler than my old innerspring mattress. In use I don't actually notice myself feeling any cooler when laying down. Overall I love this mattress and the level of coolness is by no means a deal breaker for me. If you're leaning towards the Luxe for the cooling purposes you may be better off just going with the standard GhostBed.
