I received my GhostBed Luxe a few weeks ago. I had no experience with GhostBed, but the reviews sounded promising. I took the quiz and ordered the mattress that it said I was most suited for. (My husband can sleep on anything) It arrived incredibly fast, and once opened from the plastic, we were amazed at how quickly it fully inflated. Also to note that there was zero smell from off gassing or plastic. To be honest I thought about sending it back after night one. It was so firm that I didn't sink into the mattress at all, and I felt like I was sleeping on top of a rock. I was never uncomfortable, but I am used to some level of "sinking", and I missed that. I called customer service and talked to the most wonderful person, who reassured me that it would soften some as i sleep on it. I wasn't sure I believed him, (LOL) but he said to call back if I need to. I'm going on 3+ weeks at this point, and I think it's good that they say you have to give it at least a 30 day try. It surprisingly is a really good and comfortable mattress that I am really enjoying. When I get up in the morning, my neck/back feel great, and it's like it's supporting all the major "trouble spots." Oh, and the cooling feature is AMAZING. I sleep incredibly hot, and with this mattress I actually had to get an extra blanket. It really is SO cooling, and the cooling lasts throughout the whole night. I only gave it 4/5 stars b/c at 5' 2.5" and 118lbs, I don't really sink in and I still kind of miss that, but I would 100% recommend.

I replaced a 7 year old Temper-pedic bed with the LUXE. In terms of comfort, it was one of the best decisions I’ve made for in terms of helping me sleep. It’s the perfect mixture of firm and soft. The temper-pedic bed was like sleeping in a stone tablet for 7 years and I wish I had switch sooner. My only complaint is that the bed is not any cooler than any other bed that I’ve slept on tested. Yes, on initial touch the bed is very cool to the touch, however, this cool feeling is gone within a couple of minutes at most. If you are hot sleeper j would still highly recommend a ghost bed, but not this one as I don’t see it as any different than any of their others in terms of temperature. I would still highly recommend Ghost products just simply for the comfort level. Great bed overall.

Loving our new GhostBed Luxe mattress! At first it felt a little firm, but as you lay there it cradles your body in the best way possible. Only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because it has a distinct smell when you open it, and I wasn't a fan of that, but it dissipated mostly.

I originally purchased the Ghostbed Luxe. I have lower back trouble and although the bed was comfortable it was little too firm for me. I called prior to my 30 days and spoke with Lynn and she willingly worked with me and suggested I try the 3D Matrix for the support but a softer feel. She was excellent to work with. I received my new mattress very quickly and have been sleeping on it since! The mattress appears to be of excellent quality and I would recommend Ghostbed!

I couldn’t be happier with our new bed!! My daughter is constantly using any excuse to be in our bed.. she says it’s like laying on angel clouds and I couldn’t agree more.. the bed is cooling and cozy and just perfect.. my husband is finally getting good sleep.. all in all this bed has been a life saver! Thank you Ghostbed!

My husband and I are hot sleepers, and this really is a “cool” bed. I like a firm bed, but am a side sleeper, so need a little conformity, this mattress is great on both counts. It is kinda weird, I like to read a bit when I go to bed, and this bed has me falling asleep so fast, I am not getting much reading in. Well, I guess that is a win.

This bed is so comfy! It is a perfect combination of firm but soft. I do have one complaint, I ordered the LUXE for the cooling properties and I have been disappointed. The bed is not as cool as I thought it was going to be. I can't tell a difference between the LUXE and a normal mattress in this regard. I don't know if it is the sheets that I am using, but that is the only hang up I have with my ghost bed.

This is a great bed. For some reason I am not as comfortable as I think I should be. I know I have some time to get comfortable. Maybe it is taking me a little longer. My husband LOVES this bed. I love the base. I love to be able to use Zero Gravity. It is wonderful. I wish that I could love this bed. Hopefully within the trial period I will grow to love it. Still using it and still trying. Hope to give a 5 star review soon. My side of the bed seems to have a bump in the center and when I roll over I feel like I am going to fall off the bed. Which wakes me up every time.

My wife and I have been sleeping on it for about 2 weeks. So far it has been great. The bed is everything they promised. We both get better quality sleep and are less drowsy throughout the day. Our animals also love the cooling features implemented in this mattress.

The ghostbed luxe is great temperature wise. It felt nice and cool but this is partially due to my percale sheets, use the wrong sheets and you will be sweating. Initially it felt way too firm. So I walked on it for about 10 minutes and it started feeling better. BUT I noticed every morning I was waking up with shoulder/back pain. This seemed to start getting worse so I rotated the mattress. After rotating it felt too firm again and the pain reduced but did not disappear completely... so it is not as supportive as it needs to be and it's advertised as medium plush like you're sleeping on a cloud... well I didn't feel like I'm sleeping on a cloud... I guess I'm not heavy enough to sink in deep enough. 30 days in and it should be getting more comfortable not less comfortable :(
