My husband and I had the same bed he owned when we got married for the last several years. It was very good quality, but much too firm for me. I am a deep side sleeper, on my right side specifically, and even with an additional memory foam topper I was waking with an aching right hip and right shoulder every morning on our old mattress because of the pressure points. After some research, we decided to try the GhostBed Luxe. My husband needs a fairly supportive mattress due to some back problems, and I need something softer and more forgiving. The Luxe seems to do well on both counts. After the first night I was ready to send it back because I had a terrible night's sleep, but I think it was just not fully expanded yet. In the first month, it seems to have softened up a lot and my hip and shoulder soreness are significantly better. My husband even said he thinks it is helping his back! The only weird thing is that I now feel more pressure in my jaw and ear on the right side, which I didn't notice with our old mattress. I may just need a different pillow or something. I still feel pressure on my right side, but I think that might just be a hazard of sleeping hard on one side of my body for almost 8 hours a night. With the GhostBed it is much better though! Overall it's very comfortable and we are happy with our purchase.

We had been sleeping on a water bed for 8 years almost. I am so glad we made the switch. My snoring was unbearable but this mattress has almost made it non existent. A week before it arrived I had severe back problem where I was taking a pain pill every night. When we got the mattress I noticed the first night and from then on that my back was not hurting anymore nor my shoulder.

I really wanted to love this mattress. I wake up with back pain every morning. I am a back sleeper and had previously owned a temperpedic mattress which I slept on for 3 years with zero back pain. When my fiancé we’re moving, we decided to upgrade to a king mattress. We did soo much research and thought GhostBed would be a good choice. I wish I would’ve returned the mattress during the 101 day trial. We ordered the mattress a month before we moved and kept it boxed up. We didn’t start sleeping on it till we’d already had it a month. I kept thinking I was sore because the bed needed to be broken in etc.. and missed the deadline to return because I kept thinking it would get better . Ugh waste of money

I read mixed reviews about all the "bed in a box" beds. Some had worse reviews than others, with GhostBed being the most highly recommended. We came from a 12 year old Serta spring mattress; it was time to upgrade! My husband and I are both primarily side sleepers and this has been super comfy for both of us. We can hardly feel the other one move. We've had it for over two months now and it has only gotten more comfortable. The only complaint is with shipping- we ordered the mattress, pillows, and mattress protector. They were all shipped separately. I received a tracking number for each item, but there was nothing in the email to tell me WHAT that item was. It was kind of a mystery each day what was going to show up. It did all arrive in about a week though. Overall, we are very happy. Our kids also love it and sneak in our bed throughout the day just to lay on it. 10/10 would get again!

I purchased the LUXE and it was actually a pretty stiff mattress. I ended up purchasing a 3 inch gel padding along with a down topper. It's now way softer and sink in more. I also ordered the pillows and all-in-one foundation which all shipped at different times which was inconvenient. I think the price of the mattress should be way lower considering I didn't notice anything different from my old mattress besides it's all foam. It's also very heavy.

Says it is the best cooling mattress out there, and that may be true. Definitely keeps you cool. However, my wife is hot in bed and I'm cold, but the mattress does not make me feel cold. It keeps me (both of us) the same temp all night. Apparently due to the gel technology. It actually works! The mattress is also extremely comfortable, but not too "soft." Contours to each of us very well and yet with just the right support, regardless of which position we are laying. We both have, or should I say HAD, back been, and hip issues in bed. No more! We were very leery about spending a lot of money on a mattress and afraid it was just hype. Not true! It was worth every penny (and then some, especially compared to others we looked at or tried). Very happy!

The GhostBed Luxe Mattress is exactly as described and I am enjoying it! It was time for a new mattress my last one was a well-known pillow top mattress bought back in the mid 90s with a new bedroom suite and with recently a recent shoulder surgery/post-op recovery it was much needed and the COOLING feature I just wished I had known about it during my menopause phase! I’m telling all my friends about GhostBed and the free gifts that go along with it!

Let me start by saying that I had originally purchased a sleep number bed...but when it was delivered, they couldn't get it up my stairwell! So back to the drawing board. I did a lot of research and decided on the ghodtebed based on the reviews. Well, I love, love, love this bed! I do not want to get out of bed in the morning! My boyfriend loves it too. Great purchase, swift delivery, great product. I will be purchasing the adjustable frame soon too!!!

I have had chronic back and shoulder pain for years now, so I purchased this bed in hopes to wake up with just a little less pain. I have been absolutely amazed. I have woken up totally pain free every morning since our mattress was delivered!! They could 10x the price of this bed and it would be totally worth it. I totally recommend this bed.

We got this during the holiday sales, and it has been fantastic. The plushness is neither too soft nor too hard to move around in. Back pains = completely gone! The cooling technology is also amazing. As someone who sleeps warm, this has been a lifesaver for a great night’s sleep!
