I’ve had the same junk mattress for years. It was painful every night and every morning from its lack of support and cushion and rigidity where needed. But my main issue is that I sleep hot, very hot. I looked at all the other well known “colorful” cooling and support mattresses and never liked them enough to want to spend the money and take the risk. Once I came across the GhostBed Luxe though I trusted their claim that they were better than the others, and I liked that the mattress still retained a typical texture on top. So I bought the Luxe and immediately upon laying down I felt a temperature difference from any typical run of the mill mattress. First night sleep I was out cold, pun intended, immediately and woke up feeling like I had just left a massage or chiropractor appointment. I felt as though years of aches and pains were being worked out and exercised. Each night since then has only gotten better and better. Definitely made the right choice going the GhostBed route.

I had an old motionless waterbed that always had the heater on and I sweat more on my new Luxe than I have ever before in any other bed in my life. I bought the most expensive bed due to the cooling and the top is cool until you put a sheet on it and it seems to instantly become an oven

This bed is "The Truth" - It took perhaps 1 or 2 days to adjust. After that, I have been sleeping like a baby - EVERY Night! Some people will say it is a bit firm, however, I believe it is just right. I am sooo happy I made this purchase. I have had it for about 3 weeks now!

This bed is great -- it sleeps cool, it's very high quality, my husband loves it. Unfortunately, it's just too firm for me. It also takes a few minutes to conform to your body, which adds to the firm feeling. The pillows are a wonder, they stay so cold! It's amazing.

Let me start by saying it was very hard to decide on a mattress because reviews were all over the place in terms of the firmness of the mattress. I will say that when we first got this mattress, we thought it was too firm. However, after about a month of breaking in, it softened quite a bit. I was extremely excited about that because we wanted a softer mattress. I have noticed though that I’m waking up with more upper back pain than with our previous mattress. I think this mattress is just too soft for me as I feel my hips sink too far below my shoulders. I’m also disappointed that it doesn’t have contouring memory foam. It says it does, but it doesn’t. It’s a blend of memory foam and latex, and coming from a latex mattress I can tell you that this mattress does not form around you like a glove like traditional memory foam. It’s a very well made mattress, and the ordering process was great with extremely fast shipping. But I just don’t think this mattress is the right fit for my wife and I and I’ll be returning it.

Love this mattress. I have a spinal fusion and my chronic back pain has notably reduced since we switched to the GhostBed. There is very little movement transfer, so my nights have been much more restful as well. I had to speak with customer service about delivery scheduling changes (due to personal issues on our end and at no fault of GhostBed’s) and those experiences were wonderful as well. Would definitely recommend (and have been) this mattress to my friends and family.

The Ghost bed and adjustable base was a serious upgrade from what I slept on previously. After a month or so, each night sleep is amazing. I am fully rested each and every night. The adjustable base even helps pulls some of the pressure off my back, which is a huge plus! Can't recommend this bed enough!

We decided on the Ghost bed after much research. We had limited success in the past with a hybrid mattress and did not like the price of the tempurpedic. My husband has had back and neck issues and was most concerned with the support and firmness. We could not try out a mattresses during the pandemic and needed a mattress that would be delivered and or returned if needed. All the claims the mattress makes are true and from day one we have both loved the mattress. Even with the mattress protector It stays cool. The box spring was delayed a couple days as a lot of deliveries are these days but customer service was great. The mattress arrived on time. The box spring assembly wasn't difficult but took more than an hour to put together. We are very happy with the look, feel, durability, value and warranty provided on this bed.

This bed was just to firm for us. It was nice and cool but we needed a softer bed. Ghost bed was great to work with and we exchanged this bed for the Ghost bed 3D Matrix at a slightly higher price, but greatly reduced from the normal price. We love love love the 3D Matrix.

I ordered a Ghost Bed Luxe in California King to replace another online bed, a WinkBed. I found the WinkBed to be harsh and uncomfortable, I woke up everyday sore and I groaned when I folded myself into my car each morning. I'm 6'3" and overweight and have had a foam mattress for the past 5 years. I thought the WinkBed would be a nice hybrid bed, it had good reviews for overweight people and as a bed overall. But for me it was just awful. My Ghostbed on the other hand is great, almost perfect actually. My only critique for it is the very slippery top surface. When you try to roll over you typically pull the sheets with you. I always sleep in a t-shirt and cotton briefs and I've been unable to keep my fitted top sheet to stick to the corners most nights. My partner is particularly annoyed by this, we have not yet gotten a mattress protector which will hopefully address the problem. But the positives far outstrip that single negative of this bed. It is a perfect comfort level for me. My partner is much smaller than I am, she's only 5'2" and she has a similar comfort level as I do, but then she is much less picky than I am. I think that really says something about the quality of the bed given the vast disparity of our sizes. I'm almost exclusively a side sleeper, while my partner will sometimes sleep on her stomach and rarely on her back. My biggest problem with the WinkBed was it caused my hip to become very inflamed and irritated on one side, which went down my leg and caused pain throughout the entire day. When I switched to the other side it exasperated a nagging tennis elbow to the point I had to visit my doctor for a second cortisone shot in less than 6 months. I'm happy to say since I got the GhostBed both of those issues have essentially cleared up and I've only had my new bed for about 5 weeks now. As for the coolest bed ever--well I doubt you could actually beat an innerspring bed for this, but the GhostBed comes close. I rarely feel hot from the bed itself, it does not seem to store much heat at all, not like other foam beds I've experienced. Take it from a really big, warm person, you don't need to worry about heat issues with this bed. Overall I couldn't be happier, but my partner and I just wish those sheet corners would stay in place!
