The other reviewers are right. This bed is great! Not too firm or too soft, just right. Customer service is top tier.

I bought the lux because I need a soft bed. And it did not disappoint I love my husband is so happy and sleeping through night now.

Cooling material is great. Much cooler than temperpedic. A little on the firm side for a side sleeper.

Ghost bed is garbage they will steal your money and not give it back after returning do not buy from this company

The mattress is awesome!! Very comfortable and keeps cool all night long!!! Make sure you add the adjustable base for the total awesomeness!!!

The GhostBed Luxe is quite firm, which I really enjoy. It maintains a reasonable temperature. I am really enjoying solid sleep .

The mattress is good but the lumbar support is not what I need maybe I need a different type GhostBed with more support

So far so good. Have been waking up with fewer aches and pains in the morning. Def cool temperature wise. Easily inflated and was ready to go.
