When the mattress came it really does feel ice cold to the touch. It is very comfortable and helps keep me cool at night. It is slightly firmer than I would prefer as a side sleeper but overall it is a very good mattress.

We debated about a year to purchase a bed we could not see in a store. Finally we gave in and it was the best decision. The mattress is so comfortable and the cooling is amazing. I will continue buying their mattresses.

I love the comfort of the bed, a big improvement over our old sleep number! However, not as cool as I hoped, especially with the waterproof protector on that does not fit as promised. Could be improvements there.

I have two herniated discs in my back and a torn rotator cuff with a shredded labrum kicker. Thank God this mattress helped my back considerably but unfortunately my shoulder pain is still there. Maybe should’ve opted for the 3D matrix…

I have only had it less than a month. So far it has been pretty good. I got the one designed to keep cool. It does not stay cool as long as I would like so still wake up sweating some nights. But over all ok.
