Really love the pants but disappointed with the zipper pull on the jacket. It's a big clunky heavy J, got caught in the dryer and ripped off on 2nd wash. Now I can't zip up.

Nice jacket and pants both are very soft. BUT, why can't I get the size I ordered? IF you are out of stock, mark it unavailable and stop sending the wrong size.
