There were some delays in the shipping, but once I got it, it took no time to unbox and get running. I like the slide out trays and you can move them up or down slightly. Could use some more slots to do that. I also like the temperature reading on the front. A lot of space, quiet, and looks good.

Nice unit very spacious just got it shipping took longer then expected but what can you do. unit was ok overall has a ding on the door next to control panel wish it didn't hopefully sam's club can help with that.

1) Shipping: HORRIBLE. I selected a delivery window from 3-6p. The refrigerator was delivered at approximately 11a, while still at work. Thē refrigerator was left in my driveway, not even on my porch. 2) Customer service: AWFUL. I could hardly understand the representative for two reasons. One, there was so much background noise in the call center. Two, strong accent of representative who was clearly stumbling over a script. 3) Condition of appliance: Dented prominently on the door. Returning.
