It has pretty much all of the supplements I look for in a daily vitamin. I was surprised that there was no iron, as most supplements I've historically taken have included it. Other than that, I think it's pretty comparable and suits my needs. Easy to take, once a day dosing. It does help to take it with food, as I sometimes do get a quick flash of nausea when I take vitamins on an empty stomach. Definitely would recommend this product.

These multivitamins have no fragrance at all when I open the bottle which is a plus and you can see by the comparison photo of the vitamin with the lid that these are nice and small , not your typical horse pill vitamin. There is no aftertaste after swallowing it either. These vitamins support brain, eye and muscle function. There are 65 tablets in my bottle and I only take one a day so I will get a little more than 2 months out of these. I won’t know exactly how much better I feel for a couple months but they are worth every penny so far.
