This multivitamin supports heart, brain, eye health, and muscle function. The package came in a sealed box and there was also an internal foil safety seal under the lid. The box contains 65 tablets. The directions indicate to take 1 tablet daily with food. Although the multivitamin is large, my husband had no trouble swallowing and did not upset his stomach. These will be great for him as he just turned 59 years old and was not taking a multivitamin.
