Plush and soft interior. Got XL for size 12 but a little small and would prefer 2X. Also, I thought these would provide good cushioning, but no, very little cushion under ball of foot on both slippers. Worn twice, will replace right away

Sam's you have the wrong size guide posted in the pictures. A size large is 9.5-10.5 on the box. Ordered the wrong size following your wrong guidance on size.

I wear an 8.5 shoe so the 8-9 Medium should have fit, yes? Ah, no. Not even close. Slippers are supposed to go on the foot easily. Like you can just slip your feet into them. That word is in the actual description of the product.

Sizes listed in the picture do not match what was shown on the box when i received them. I ordered large expecting them to fit an 11-12 shoe size however the box indicates they are for a 9.5-10.5. have to return them.

Purchased for my son for Christmas 2024, they look nice, my son said they are comfortable and loved them however though the description says for indoor/ outdoor use they did not hold up to wearing outside. The soles have come a loose from the shoe.

Sizing is wrong. I ordered Medium which shows size 9.5-10.5 in the product display online. The slippers I that were shipped were size 8-9. I usually wear a 9 or 9.5, so these are a little snug but I can wear. Not worth paying return shipping.

I got the tan pair and after a week I am finding clumps of the faux fur all around my house and the back of them is no longer there. Very poorly made. I have never experienced this with Isotoner from Penny's!

These might be the worse slippers ive ever bought, i have wide feet and these slippers are too wide for me, my feet just slide all over in them even with socks on. I am so disappointed in them.
