The roast beef cooked up very juicy and tender, cooked on ~325 for 2-3 hours. This will be my go to pot for meals.

I love this cast iron pot! I made a wonderful Whole Chicken with vegetables for Sunday dinner! Delish! It is a little heavy, but it is cast iron! The inside finish makes for easy cleanup!
