I use this Dutch oven all the time! I make the most amazing meat and bread in it. I really wish I could show you pictures and videos, it's seriously worth it and has made me love cooking so much more! 🤩

Absolutely LOVE this Dutch oven, but the color is nowhere near that shown on the website; it's more navy blue than cobalt or even just - blue. But my cobalt blue kitchen is adjusting and accepting this wonderful pot!

I purchased mine a while ago and couldn't be happier. I make stews and chili in it. I've also made pot roast and often times use it as a slow cooker. This ones for my best friend. I know she'll love it too.

This is my go-to pot for just about anything! Unfortunately, my son was trying to help me put dishes away and accidently dropped it. *I actually shed a couple tears! Without hesitation, I'm buying another!

I was so excited to get my Dutch Oven delivered. I knew it was hand wash only, a disadvantage, but too good of a price to pass up. The Use and Care Instructions "recommend seasoning the vessel rim and lid rim where the cast iron is exposed." The instructions do not say the seasoning must be repeated. It also says to "avoid knocking utensils on the cookware", "as this may permanently damage the enamel surface." At least I didn't pay much. I will see how long it lasts.

I bought this to replace my Le Creuset dutch oven because the Le Creuset had chipped. I could not be more pleased as it is larger than the one I replaced. I was so pleased that I bought four more as gifts. It is an incredible value and cleaning is a breeze.

Loved the item. I was in a hurry and against my better judgement ran it thru dishwasher. Disaster. Cant tell if exterior finish is ruined or there is an extremely thick hard water film covering exterior that I cant get off. Nothing else in dishwasher had this problem. Really disappointed and confused.

Can anyone tell me if the black pot is supposed to be really rough feeling on the whole out side of the pot? All the other colors I received was slick and shiny but the black one is dull and ruff feeling on the whole out side please give me feedback. Thanks everyone

I bought this for a gift so I don't know how well it performs. That's why I only rated it 4 stars. However, it's heavy and substantial and seems to be of good quality. The cap is screwed on so you can always tighten it if it becomes loose. My friend really wants a big dutch oven (she loves to cook), and she should be very happy with this. I know the Tramontina brand is well rated (America's Test Kitchen has rated other of their items as being of high quality) so I'm hoping for the best. And you CANNOT beat the price.

My wife has been on my butt for years to get a Dutch Oven like her Mom has. They both love it. They both use it as a covered pot is the oven. Any pot my wife has would do the same job. Her Crock pot will do the same job. She loves the presentation. I do not care. To me it is just another kitchen thing that needs stored the other 350 days a year. However I Love her. She is a great Wife, Mom, Cook, Baker, Domestic Engineer, ect. It is one of her non-romantic Christmas gifts this year. Merry Christmas to you.
