I’ve started baking sourdough bread. This Dutch oven is the perfect size pot. I am pleased with the diversity of this pot. I can bake my bread perfectly - make a stew - soup - pot roast - or chicken in this Dutch Oven to name a few. Everything I have cooked using this pot has turned out just as I wanted. I feel this is a pot to have in every kitchen!

I would love to say I use this all the time but I had to give it to my daughter; I'm a senior citizen and it was too heavy to lift up and down. Being that you had to be careful how you stored it, I didn't have any place where it couldn't be stacked with other pans. Would have loved it when I was younger.

As always, Sams Club does not disappoint! I had been looking at the red Tramontina dutch oven at my local Sams but wanted something other than that color to compliment the decor in my kitchen. I found smaller versions in various colors sold at much higher prices in a few stores and online. One day i just happened to get on my Sam's app and there it was! And the cherry on top? $10 off the regular price plus free shipping!! The pot itself is just beautiful and I couldn't believe how many colors Sam's offers!! It is very heavy and just picking it up lets you know it is a quality item! So far I have only used it on the stovetop to make a huge batch of chili and it worked so much better than my large stockpot as it really holds the heat better and allowed me to cook at a lower temp. Next on the menu is my mom's Sunday after church roast with carrots and potatoes. I couldn't be happier with this purchase!

This is a great pot. The price is excellent. I have lots of more expensive Le Creuset and this pot is just as good. In fact, a better deal for the price. I love the size. It’s perfect for simmering and making soups and stews, one pot dinners, etc. I’ve already used it many times. It is very heavy but then it’s cast iron so that should be expected and it’s one of the reasons it cooks so well. Either stove top or oven it performed wonderfully. It cleans up well in the dishwasher and even by hand. I would definitely recommend it. It would make a wonderful gift for someone of even yourself.

I have one of these in blue and love it so I bought one for my son in law in black for Christmas he loves it also . It’s great for making soups, stews and whatever else you can think of. I like the fact that it’s deep. I have other Dutch ovens also by the same company and love them also.

I have always used cast iron Pots and pans. However these are really beyond belief. With normal cat iron, you have to pay close attention as they are real prone to stick and/or burn. These have enamel coating and I couldn't believe my eyes when I got up with a distraction and my potato soup boiled over. I though it was truly gonna be a nightmare to get clean, if I even could. I used a wooden spoon to try and find it how damaged it was. My eyes literally bugged out when as I stirred the bottom at actual came off. The clean up was a breeze and believe it or not, the soup want scorched tasting. I think I'm gonna have a bowl in a bit. These are way more than I ever expected. Now I have the best of both worlds. Not only is my food tasting better and cooking faster, but the clean up is a breeze and there's no seasoning the pan to worry about. I don't have to put it on fire after cleaning to get all the moisture out of it so it doesn't dust. Whoever came up with these, .....thank you sooooo very much.

Just what I wanted, I have wanted a Dutch oven for a while. I found this one on sale on Sams website, and couldn’t be happier. My first meal I cooked came out perfect as well as the following Ones. If you are a cook with stews,breads, and veggies, you will love how well your meals come out.

I bought this as a Christmas gift for my daughter. When I saw this in the persimmon color I thought it was perfect. With it being cast iron and also coated on the inside for easy cleaning, it was great. It can very well packaged and shipping quickly.

I have been looking for a long time to find a Dutch oven that is substantial in size and quality at a great value. I was concerned when I first saw this having to order sight unseen, however was so pleased when it arrived. It is not only extremely well made but it has a beautiful finish as well. I have already used it several times and love the results. Definitely would recommend.

i was a bit leery about the quality when i saw the price compared to other dutch ovens, but it actually turned out to be one of the best purchases that we made over the holiday season. i cant imagine what would be different in an oven that cost hundreds of dollars more, this is a great product
