We LOVE our TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We LOVE our TV!! It was easy to transport with 2 people, easy set up, and registration. Both the visual and sound quality are stellar! I can only imagine what the experience will be once we get our Sonos subwoofer hooked up! Impressive!!

When I say this TV is amazing…….IT IS AMAZING!!! The picture quality and refresh rate is insane and the anti-glare is out of this world! Could not be happier with this purchase!

Amazing tv.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just got it set up and going and played some ps5 pro games and watched a movie. I have to say the brightness is amazing the refresh rate is breathtaking and the price was great. When I picked it up, I looked at the display model which was right next to some oled and I have to say for the price this television kicks some butt.

Big Tech Features on a Budget

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased in June 2025, this is by far the best TV I've ever owned and at a great price. Beautiful picture, crisp rich color, deep blacks, bright whites, phenomenal contrast. I saw Caleb of Digital Trends/Caleb Rated recommend it and saw the price had dropped. Well I'm so glad I bought it. The built-in Onkyo 2.1 speakers are more than enough for home streamers. I have a Sony Dolby Atmos Reciever and I swear it sounds better than it ever did. The remote is great with backlight, easy voice commands. Lots of apps to choose from, Antenna channels look unbelievable so much that I dropped YouTube TV. Best bang for the buck all the high end features in an affordable obtainable package and you save it not needing a soundbar. Yes adding one will enhance the soundstage but out of the box this TV has so much going for it. Dont get the less expensive QM5K or more expensive versions this QM6K is the perfect balance between cost vs features.

Disappointed in service

Great picture. But absolutely no help in trying to figure out how to operate this TV. Little pamphlet included only has three pages of information which is basically worthless. also bought 250 inch TCL TVs, but may return them if there’s no help and how to operate it.

Missing items

Bought this TV from Sam’s get home and unbox it to find out the HDMI cable that is listed isn’t in the box. Call Sam’s to be told that I’d have to bring the entire 75 inch tv back to the store and exchange it for another one just to get that listed HDMI cable. Bad look for both Sam’s and TCI

Disastrous Ppp

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] TCL App does not work! It won’t even let you rate the App on Apple App Store, that’s the reason I’m rating it here. I loaded App from QR square and also straight out of the App Store and deleted and reloaded it. Screen comes up but you can’t do nothing either it!

Disappointing and support is not easily accessible

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Television completely dead after just six months and it seems impossible to reach a live person at TCL. Before it died, The picture was pretty good but it’s always seemed underpowered and sluggish at times.
