I have not use it because the plug does not stag attached. The magnetic part is very weak. Ho do I return this?

This fry's like a professional fryer in a restaurant. I've worked in Food Service for 40 years and this works great.

Perfect size. I just wish all fryers would use a different material for the tub. It does not seem Like it will last long term.
