Hubby brought this for NFL opening day. Couldn't wait to try it out he loves it. Fried chicken wings Mmmmmm good. Easy to assemble to to clean, now were ready for the BIG DAY!!!!!

I was amazed at how easy it was to use this item. I had some issues at first on how to put in the handles. But overall, it was simple to use and easy to maintain. The quality is good for the price, 9/10 Recommend.

Love the deep fryer in how fast things cook in it and how easy clean up is. I can get 2 to 3 time more items in this one than the old presto we had and it cooks three times as fast.

it works great and I love the fact that the whole thing comes apart and it's dishwasher safe, but I do wish it was sturdier, the sides of the appliance bow in very very easy.

I am enjoying my new deep fryer so much. Excellent buy for the money. Top is a little tricky to get used to, but other than trying to get all the grooves to line up correct I have had no problems. I would recommend this deep fryer to anyone.

Maintained heat as I expected, fried a good amount of food at one time and was overall very satisfactory. I'm glad that I bought it and would purchase it again.

I purchased the Hamilton Beach deep fryer expecting a safe and reliable appliance, but it turned out to be a serious fire hazard. After only a few uses, the unit began smoking heavily during preheating—well before it reached the proper temperature. The smoke was so intense it set off my smoke detectors and filled the kitchen within minutes. What’s worse, I noticed the heating element glowing red-hot and the plastic exterior becoming alarmingly warm. I immediately unplugged it and moved it outside, fearing it was about to catch fire. After cooling down, I checked for any user error, oil level issues, or blockages—none were present. This was purely a malfunction of the device. I’m extremely disappointed and concerned about the lack of safety mechanisms in this product. A kitchen appliance should never pose this level of risk. I strongly advise anyone considering this fryer to look elsewhere—this could have ended in disaster.

I'm sorry I didn't get a chance to respond to you, I am not happy about what I ordered, I received 3 light bulbs instead of 4 and one of the 3 is broken, the outlet/card for the fryer can not fit in the space provided! It falls out whenever I plugged it in, I did not return it because I don't think it's worth it, my health is much more important than less than $100 I live in a walk up building (18) stairs with severe pain, I have problem walking up and down the stairs!
