This fryer is very easy to use and fried foods turns out verÿ nice. It makes veŕy nice meals.

Temp won't go above 300 and recovery is slow which means food will soak in the oil longer than necessary.

We just love this deep fryer. Great size for larger families.It is so easy to use, just fill to the line with oil, plug it in, pick a heat setting and wait for it to heat up. I love the three basket options. The temperature of the oil stays hot. The safety lid is a plus, no oil popping everywhere. EASY cleanup too. We love it so much we recommended it to our daughter.

Expected much better quality from the Hamilton Beach name. The flimsy base shell is very thin, and by itself barely provides enough rigidity to maintain it's shape. Spot welds bind the very thin sheet metal together. The removable oil pot provides the entire unit with strength and support. Without it, the fryer shell may easily become misshapen when handled. The plastic lid was also found to be cracked upon opening. Our parents' appliances were much better made than today's. This Chinese made unit is as cheaply constructed as it can be.

My new fryer works great! Before I could never fry enough french fries for my family at once because I had a single fryer. Now I have the option of using two small baskets or one large basket. The Hamilton Beach Fryer is what I needed. Thank you Walmart!! ️️️

This baby is exactly what it says it is. nice size two single baskets makes it great for cooking chicken wings and fry's at the same time. the single large basket lets you cook family size portions. Timer and thermostat equipped. Nice fryer for the price.

I purchased this fryer for a family feed. My grand daughter made french fries that were very good and just "toast" brown and took 9 to 10 minutes. You have to tend to them . When she was finished I prepared a pint of fresh steamer clams and battered them. 365 degrees for 2-1/2 minutes and they were golden brown and done perfectly. We thought we were sitting on the coast in Maine enjoying a fried clam dinner with fries. Absolutely fantastic. The cover has a small window to check progress and a vent to release steam away from you and everything fits together very nicely. Read the instructions on how to put the handles on the baskets. It comes with 3 baskets, 1 large and 2 small that are almost 1/2 the size of the large basket. Very versatile and I'm glad I bought it. Yeah, More fried clam, please!

After asking Santa for a deep fryer and receiving an "air fryer" for Christmas, I had to buy it for myself. This one is perfect for us. The double basket option is the answer. It takes a little bit longer to heat up than a single basket fryer, but well worth it.

I was very excited to receive this deep fryer. I had the food I would deep fry ready %26 set up the fryer %26 it did not work at all. I kept switching outlets even though I knew the outlets worked because I tried other appliances while trying the deep fryer %26 I used the outlets daily. I received a defective item. I am returning %26 I ordered a Hamilton Beach brand instead. Hopefully, there will be no problems with that one when it arrives.
