[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've used this and was surprised how quick it heated up. Very easy to use and directions are easy to flow. Was disappointed in magnetic power cord. Safety wise good ideal but I had trouble with cord staying connected if you just nudge the fryer. Used it second time and seemed to stay connected better. A good buy though.

Cooks food evenly and very moist. Very user friendly and safe. Cooked food is beautiful and recipes are easy to follow! Clean up is a cinch and fryer is now one of my favorite cookware!

Been only a week since I've received this item but my bf and I are very pleased. Especially since I cook practically every single day and with a really active almost 4 month old. cuts the cooking time down a lot.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I missed one of the features that was on my old deep fryer. It had a container that the oil drained into and stored until next time the deep fryer was used.

I stand by Hamilton Beach products. They are a reputable company. This deep fryer is nice. The double baskets allow me to fry my breaded shrimp and fries at the same time.

I bought this fryer 9/10 years ago and it is still going. I love that it cooks everything so well and you can cook a little or a lot. Would buy it again.

I had a large family (30) gathering this past weekend. I ordered the deep fryer to make a german meat turnover (65 turnovers). The deep fryer held the temp perfect. I am very please with the fryers performance.

We like the 3 baskets. Gives you choices ... The parts come apart easily for cleaning. It doesn't need gallons of oil either. I would give this 5 stars, but we haven't used it yet.
