Bed was easy to put together, my husband took about 30 mins and everything measured the way it was supposed to. It’s a regular queen size bed. Daughter loves it. The freight company didn’t have my address on my package which I thought was strange. I called them and we sorted it all out.

Very disappointed with this purchase. I spent over 5 hours trying to assemble and fix the bed, only to realize that the measurements provided were incorrect. The headboard was shorter than the wooden pieces, so they could not fit properly. I had to take everything apart and return the bed. This was extremely frustrating and a huge waste of my time. The measurements should have been checked before the bed was shipped. I’m very disappointed with this purchase and the inconvenience it caused.

Came without side rails. i had to call 6 times to get it resolved. on 6th call I was told that vendor is not responding to Sam's club customer service team and their supervisor and i need to return the bed. pickup team picked the bed and I had to call after 11 days for customer service to initiate the refund.
