[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have the Valencia Pro 11" pan with lid and am loving it. I am using it practically everyday for almost everything; it is such a versatile pan. I really like that the non-stick coating works so well and yet it is safe and free of forever chemicals. That is one of my main concern when buying a non-stick cookware is that it cannot have any chemicals (PFAS, PFOA, lead, etc.) that would be dangerous to my kids; this pan meets all expectations. I use this every morning for eggs, sausages or bacons, which all slide right off. Then for lunch or dinner, it is big and deep enough to use to make one pot meal for a family of 4. I also love the design and look of this pan because it looks very fancy in my kitchen. The gray design looks nice and clean without being too dark that I cannot see my caramelization. The two stainless steel handles are perfect for lifting on and off stove. Overall, this is a great pan.

This griddle lost its “non-stick” capability after one use. Now everything sticks.

So easy to cook with and even easier to clean! Love using it everyday.

Nice enough pan, but it's not compatible with Greenpan's own induction cooktop (the 1800W CC006005-001 model). For this price point I'd expect it to be tested and good. I had to buy a different griddle.

This is my second purchase from this company. The first was over 10 years ago. I did not receive a manual with them back then. I mishandled them and over the years they lost their non-stick coating.

Only 6 months with the pan and It's imposible to cook in this pan without oil because everything is getting stick and you can only use the oil that GREENPAN recommend it. For me was a very bad investment. I will not recommend this pan!

Great cookware! Just follow the instructions and you’ll be more than satisfied. Works great on my gas cooktop - heating much more evenly than my trusty iron skillets.

My son burnt his eggs in this pan. He is learning how to cook and sometimes forgets to turn down the heat. So when I saw these pans I had to give them a try. I'm very impressed how easy anything just wipes out clean.
