I have the 10 inch and 12 inch frying pans and have used them everyday since getting them. Super easy to use, clean, care for & enjoy your meals. We have made several meals since having them and even the man of the house is using them and loving them. Great quality and durable.

They are great quality and stylish too with their navy blue finish. I have used Green Pans in the past but they couldn’t handle my chef stove. These work perfectly! I love that nothing sticks. The major thing for me is that these are healthier to use than the old type of nonstick pans. I most definitely recommend these!

It did not come absolutely flat, and so far that is my only issue with it. So far I have only used it for making pancakes. I tried using ghee, just for a bit of a flavor experiment but not necessary for any other reason and it ran off to all 4 corners. Absent that, the non-stick performance is execellent. I have had this griddle for about a year and have had no issues with it. In fact, I am taking it up to East Texas and leaving it there and will order another one for here (Coastal Texas) when I get back home. I am hoping that it will be more flat, but seeing as how I will not be using any oil, I doubt that it will not matter all that much as long as it is not bowed. It also does well on an induction range, and it has not scratched the glass, but then again, I do not move it around on it.

I bought the set for my wife for X-mas in 2021, she is a culinary professional. We tried for years to make them work and even followed the instructions to clean them, a total pain to do. They never worked, they stick at any temp above a low simmer and it is a pain to clean up. I am not going to even donate to a thrift store as I would feel bad if anyone pays for these junky pans. I am going to thrown them away or use for target practice.

The food cooked on it tastes a bit different than the food cooked in my stainless steel pan, but it's not such a difference that it makes me not want to use them. I could see myself taking these pans with me if I travel or anything. That's how much I like them.

You coke out with the best sunny side up egg. The quality is great and myself and family loves it. It's an asset to our weekend breakfast tradition.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have the Valencia Pro 11" pan with lid and am loving it. I am using it practically everyday for almost everything; it is such a versatile pan. I really like that the non-stick coating works so well and yet it is safe and free of forever chemicals. That is one of my main concern when buying a non-stick cookware is that it cannot have any chemicals (PFAS, PFOA, lead, etc.) that would be dangerous to my kids; this pan meets all expectations. I use this every morning for eggs, sausages or bacons, which all slide right off. Then for lunch or dinner, it is big and deep enough to use to make one pot meal for a family of 4. I also love the design and look of this pan because it looks very fancy in my kitchen. The gray design looks nice and clean without being too dark that I cannot see my caramelization. The two stainless steel handles are perfect for lifting on and off stove. Overall, this is a great pan.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this a while ago to replace an old worn out pan. The size is great for my family of 4 and it has a really nice look to it. Ive used it several times and it really is non stick. The only thing that worries me is that there's a buildup of coating on the inside from the manufacturer process I'm really hoping that doesn't become a place for it to flake off.
