Green pans

I recently puchased a set of the Performance Pro ceramic non stick pans. Almost immediately the pans started chinpping on the rims. I contacated customer service and they said that chipping is normal and the pan is safe to use. I did not have an issue with the safety. However, I do feel that Greenpan's marketing is misleading and that they should alert their potential buyers that there is a  probability of chipping on the rims. I do use the pan protectors that they provided when I bought the set. I am very disappointed with my purchase

Be aware that you cookware will chip

This double griddle is fantastic. I've cooked with Caraway before, and while the ceramic coating was supposed to be nonstick, it never held up when I put it to the real test: eight over-easy eggs at once. The GreenPan Valencia Pro double griddle has delivered effortless release six times in a row without hesitation. It's lightweight, impressively nonstick, easy to clean, and looks great in my kitchen. I'm so happy with this purchase that I smile every time I make eggs now—what a joy to cook with. Thank you, GreenPan!
