I’ve never researched cookware so extensively and I was happy to come across this product! The ease of cooking and cleaning because of the surface of these makes the tasks a breeze. They have a great weight and the set has great pieces for a comprehensive first set. I also liked the utensils and that they were fully silicone, although I would have liked them to be a bit larger in size. There’s a lot of talk these days around the safety of nonstick cookware and these kept me at ease. There’s new information about black plastic and utensils; it would be helpful to have safety issues clearly stated of these too, on the Greenspan site. The largest pot is a great size, although I realized quickly I’ll need to get one another size bigger. This may be because of the extent of cooking I do, and for a family. One note of caution: make sure to use fully silicone utensils; even though ones with wood or metal in between the handle and cooking surface look better, cooking with these are tricky bc you can’t tap the pot without seemingly causing damage - which is pretty typical in cooking. Unfortunately found that out the hard way. One other request would be for there to be a waterproof marketing piece that could be kept near/at the sink as a reminder of how to clean, just as people get used to them. We hacked this but it doesn’t look the best ;)

I have quite a few Green Pans and the higher the price the better the pan/pot. This one is great and I always hand wash and still use silicone utensils with this. So easy to clean. I would purchase again and don't be afraid to spend more in their product line.

Not only are these extremely wonderful to cook in, they are so beautiful! They are hanging on a pot rack in my kitchen and my daughter in law walked in and the first thing she said was oh my gosh those are gorgeous! I love cooking in these, nothing ever sticks and clean up takes seconds. I’m slowly building my collection of green pans.

This stockpot is wonderful. I only use Greenpan pots and pans and love them. This pan is much heavier that my other pans and instead of a glass top it has a metal lid but works as well as my others. I’ve used it for making soup and spaghetti sauce and love it.

After researching pans, looking for one that was not going to leech PFAS, PFOA & Teflon GreenPan kept comming up. I was cautions about investing so much into a non-stick pan as I have tried quite a few and have not been impressed. This pan is well constructed, the coating is thick and durable. it cooks evenly and cleans up easily.

These pans are great conductors of heat and cook everything evenly. I bought them because they are free of PFAS, but am thrilled to report that they function much better than other brands I've tried. Glad to own these and will be converting to all Green Pan products.

These pans are advertised on website as being "metal utensil safe" and "dishwasher safe". When you receive the product they recommend hand washing instead of dishwasher and silicone instead of metal "to prolong the life of your pan's coating". In other words, you can use the dishwasher and metal, but don't expect your coating to last. To me, "safe" means no adverse consequences, and a shortened life-span is an adverse consequence.

I purchased this small pan looking for a healthier way of cooking and to substitute the classical non stick one I had. After a few weeks of using it everyday for my breakfast I'm very pleased. It fulfilled all my expectations. The coating really works as a non stick. Weight is good and solid body. I like the handle because it does not transfer heat thanks to its fork attachment and its comfortable. Good choice.

I've used GreenPan skillets for a few years and decided to upgrade to the GP5 line. A rivet on my old skillet had a chip, and I read this newer coating is way more durable. I love the heavy feel of these and the more refined look with the slate body and gold handle. I would call the handle color more along the lines of brass than what I would think of as champagne gold, but it's pretty still. It seems like they cook more evenly so far, even though I've only used them a few times. Very glad I purchased!

Absolutely love these pans! They are very well made and have a nice weight to them without being unwieldy to use. The coating is truly non stick and I love that this is a material I can feel safe about using in my home. One of the best features are the flat rivets where the handle is attached, they do not collect food/dirt the way others with more raised rivets can. I am very happy with these pans and would highly recommend them to anyone.
