Takes a little getting used to cooking on ceramic . Even cooking , easy to clean , able to use much less oil and butter

I really like this pan. Great for making oatmeal-doesn't stick. Be sure to follow the instructions on "how to" with these pans. I love it.

This is the best set of pots and pans we have ever owned. The pans cook evenly. You don’t need to use a lot of oil. Clean up is so easy!
