I already use two of the electric cookware items, and have used the frying pans purchased in retail stores, but this set really “takes the cake!” Heat is efficiently transferred to the food being cooked, even using low to medium heat. Salmon fillets are nicely glazed. No need for using high heat with these beauties. Added bonus — the lid for the sauté pan fits the small fry pan. I hope this line is expanded to include other pans.

I love these pans. Everything I’ve cooked with them so far has come out great and cleanup is a breeze. In addition to performing fantastic they look great too. They are sturdy but no too heavy and the handles stay cool to the touch when cooking. Definitely recommend .

I literally use this pan every single day. Sometimes twice a day. It is my 'go to'. It has held up well to that kind of constant use. Heats very evenly and similar to a competitors commercial...when you put oil in the pan, it stays exactly where you poured it. Every time. Cooks exceptionally well at a lower temperature. Never any hot spots. Cleans up easily. Still looks brand new.

I've been wanting to cook on healthier pans (instead of nonstick) but kept putting off the decision to purchase anything. I like to really read multiple reviews and think through larger purchases. I've cooked about 2 weeks worth of meals on these pans and another one I got as well. The surface is very resistant to sticking-- which is what I wanted. It's interesting though it does take a bit longer to heat up and they do tell you to wait 90 seconds to heat it up before cooking. I have a gas stove so my experience may be different, but I think I've gotten the hang of how long it retains heat, how long to heat up, etc. I really like them so far. I have been following their recommendation to not exceed a medium temp when using them, which has made cooking some things a bit longer. Also the navy color, my favorite color, is beautiful.

These pans are great conductors of heat and cook everything evenly. I bought them because they are free of PFAS, but am thrilled to report that they function much better than other brands I've tried. Glad to own these and will be converting to all Green Pan products.

I purchased this small pan looking for a healthier way of cooking and to substitute the classical non stick one I had. After a few weeks of using it everyday for my breakfast I'm very pleased. It fulfilled all my expectations. The coating really works as a non stick. Weight is good and solid body. I like the handle because it does not transfer heat thanks to its fork attachment and its comfortable. Good choice.

I have quite a few Green Pans and the higher the price the better the pan/pot. This one is great and I always hand wash and still use silicone utensils with this. So easy to clean. I would purchase again and don't be afraid to spend more in their product line.

I've used GreenPan skillets for a few years and decided to upgrade to the GP5 line. A rivet on my old skillet had a chip, and I read this newer coating is way more durable. I love the heavy feel of these and the more refined look with the slate body and gold handle. I would call the handle color more along the lines of brass than what I would think of as champagne gold, but it's pretty still. It seems like they cook more evenly so far, even though I've only used them a few times. Very glad I purchased!

This is a great pan. The ceramic surface has great non-stick properties. Eggs slide right off it. I have had many non-stick pans in the past but this seems to be out-performing them all. The only thing I can’t speak for is its longevity. It seems like that is one of the problems with the non-stick pans that I have had. Even if I don’t use high heat or metal utensils, the non-stick properties of all the pans I’ve had degrades quicker than expected and scratches appear in the coating. I only hope this ceramic coating will hold up for many years
