I bought the Members Mark last year when Sam's Club stopped carrying the Ghirardelli wafers. Those were the MM dark wafers and were much the same as the name brand. This year they only had the milk chocolate wafers and they are terrible. They taste like the cheap off-brand chocolate that you get at a dollar store. They apparently aren't chocolate, they are "chocolate flavored" and even that is a stretch. When the chocolate sets, it looks dull and unappetizing. It may be a bit more expensive, but get your melting wafers from a reputable craft or candy making supplies store. It will save you in the long run.

Delicious chocolate for melting or baking. The chocolate wafers are very sweet to eat alone and would be best for baking. I used it to make chocolate covered strawberries. The chocolate melted well but cooled quickly so you need to work fast! The size of the package is great holiday baking!

I had high hopes based on the reviews, but this chocolate does NOT tasted good. It definitely tastes like "knock off" artificially-flavored chocolate. I bought two bags, used one, but will be returning the other. The price is great, obviously, and they melt and set up well, but the taste will just ruin whatever you are using it for. Today I bought a bag of Ghirardelli melting wafers, and there's just no comparison. Of course they are significantly more expensive, but for the vastly better taste, it's worth it.

My family loves to use these melts for making delicious treats anytime! They are so easy to use. We choose to use the microwave to quickly warm them up when we have a sweet craving. Our favorite ways to use these melts is to dip cake for cake pops, dip fresh fruit, pretzels, chips, etc. we love that they don’t have that waxy aftertaste that other melts sometimes have.

I typically use 1 brand for my cake pops but I wanted to give this brand a try! It was delicious! Very creamy, easy to melt and had wasn’t to heavy or overwhelming! I used them for a batch of cake pops and to drizzle on some rice krispy treats and the kids/adults loved them!

This is by far the best chocolate melting wafer I’ve used. It melts like butter and I love that hit hardens almost immediately without refrigeration. The chocolate is smooth and not chunky. My chocolate covered strawberries are delicious. I do wish it had more chocolate flavor.

These milk chocolate flavored melting wafers melt easily when following directions. It comes to a nice smooth chocolate texture. The quality of the taste leaves a bit to be desired. It has an oily flavor and smell to it. Be careful not to overheat, and do not attempt to reheat. Doing either will result in dried out chocolate.

Chocolate melts were so delicious and easy to melt and pour over our favorite fruits like strawberry, blueberry, pineapple and more. We also decided to make our very own yummy healthier snacks by putting out dipped fruits in the freezer, it's perfect for the warm weather!

The melting chocolate was great! We used it to dip different types of food. We dipped marshmallows, pretzels, popcorn, and strawberries. My youngest son loved the strawberries dipped in chocolate. The chocolate has now become a staple desert until we empty the bag.

These milk chocolate flavored melting wafers were easy to melt all together. When melted it is definitely on the sweeter side but it’s less sweet when dipped. I really enjoyed them with pretzels, banana chips and nuts. Haven’t tried on fresh fruits yet but I’m sure it would taste delicious as well. Definitely a melting chocolate that’s easier to use in the microwave than others.
