Perfect to make for quick scramble eggs. Extra large size which is a plus!! Ceramic is smooth and cooks Evenly. Only used non scratch tool to stir to avoid scratches.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I LOVE the design of these - gold handles and hardware and periwinkle outer coat to the pans. So stylish and chic! It's a true dark, periwinkle color, so make sure that's what you want. I love the Green Pan brand as it's trustworthy and durable, as long as you do not use metal at all and wash with a soft cloth or dishtowel. Hand dry. They last so long, and i don't even use spray for my eggs (but I do use a spatula to cook eggs so i'm constantly stirring and scraping).

I’ve made quite a few dishes and nothing sticks. It’s easy to clean and dishwasher safe. I’m looking forward to adding more pieces to my kitchen.

It's so nice having a large size pan like this that comes with it's own lid. I really like that both the pan and the lid are oven-safe too. It's nice to be able to go from the stove top, straight into the over for certain dishes. I'm really excited to see how this holds up over time.

It is easy to use, I rarely fry eggs anymore but since I got this awesome nonstick pan I will fry eggs more often it slides easily of pan without sticking.it is easy to clean I just use a little dish soap rinse and wipe it clean , even after I used it it looks like brand new .I recommend this to all my friends and family.

So easy to clean and very even cooking surface. Haven’t used them in the oven yet, but they look great and I’m guessing they’ll perform just as great!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this pan so much. It cooked an egg without any issues. All my other pans don't compare to this. It's easy to clean from any mess from saucey to fried. Perfect size for any meal. The lid fits securely. The only thing on the lid is that it rubs against the pan and it scraps a little marks on it. The lid doesn't seem to have a steam vent. I also would suggest to using an oven mitt for the handle since it gets pretty hot. In the photo I had pizza quesadillas and it fried them great. The first thing I made was eggs and it cooked them perfectly. I've made other things in the pan since and it cooks just great. I'm so happy I got to try this out since I needed a new pan. 10/10 would recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the Green Pan Reserve Collection Ceramic Nonstick 12" Frypan with Lid in Sunrise complimentary through Influenster in exchange for my honest review. First off, I love the light yellow color with the gold handles. This is an aesthetically pleasing pan that adds some personality to my kitchen. The size of this frypan is perfect for making all kinds of meals, and the pan itself is lightweight for the size, a huge plus. Unfortunately, I did feel like this pan heated a little unevenly on my gas stove (heat stayed in the center) and took a bit longer to heat up than my stainless steel pans. I coated my pan in oil as instructed and the nonstick claim was true, making for easy clean up. I do have a bit of an issue with the marketing label of this pan. On the outside label, it states that this is tough and scratch resistance as well as dishwasher safe. However, a sticker attached to the pan tells you to wash by hand. While I understand that this is always the best care in taking care of cookware, it seemed a little contradictory and should probably have the care instructions of the inside label be what is listed on the outer label, which is readable in stores. The glass lid is a nice addition and I like that this is oven safe as well. I think this is a pretty good pan, I just need to adjust my cooking times and wait for this to thoroughly heat up.
