The nonstick coating has worked well so far, but I’m worried about chipping on the outside of the pan. It comes with a matching lid that fits well and is very useful. I don’t like how heavy it is as I can barely move it without any food. It’s good, but I will keep looking for better.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First of all Greenpan, you have outdone yourself! This is the holy grail of all frypans! The size is perfect for so many meals & this eye-catching pan comes in a shade of blush that I totally fell in love with. Along with the accent of the gold handles this pan is simply gorgeous! But, beauty aside, this frypan is uber amazing! It's a lot safer to cook with due to it not releasing those nasty forever chemicals like other pans can once they heat up for two minutes! The outside is aluminum and scratch resistant & I've noticed how my meals cook a lot quicker, but always thoroughly and evenly. Nothing sticks to this pan! Ever! Even the cheesiest of meals aren't of any concern! I love the feature of the handle where your spatula or wooden spoon easily fits. It's so much more sanitary then stirring and then trying to quickly find a napkin or a plate to set it on until you need it again! I give this pan four stars and it took seeing the drastic change in not only my cooking time and quality of the food I prepared to realize I will definitely invest in the more expensive pots and pans in the future. You definitely do get what you pay for!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The green pan 11" non stick fry pan is really a nice size pan for making dinners and large breakfasts. The food really just slides out no sticking. Cooks very even and also is a delight to wash. Easy clean and I do not have a dish washer! Only feature I do not like is the metal handle. I find metal handles although sturdy conduct heat so remember to use a pot holder or glove.

We haven’t had the pans long enough to say the non-stick lasts any longer than Teflon coated pans. They are advertised as ceramic coated, very durable. However, the instructions indicate you should never heat the pan higher than medium temperature, and should only use a soft non-abrasive sponge for cleaning and never use cooking sprays. More restrictions than I would have expected.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ll start off by saying this is a beautiful elegant looking pan I made pan fried salmon and diced sweet potatoes for dinner I used the pan too cook them both the handles are sturdy there is a long handle on one side and a pull type handle on the other the long handle stayed cool to the touch for easy handing but the shorter handle was too hot to touch with out a pot holder I just used a small amount of olive oil and it glided smoothly all over the pan the heat distribution seemed even i was able to have the whole dinner done in under 20 min there was some burnt areas that looks like they would stick but the clean up was easy i just wiped clean with a paper towel and rinsed with warm soapy water i I feel like it would scrap easily so i don’t plan on using any abrasives on it ! for first time use I think it’s a great pan but time will tell

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] a healthy nonstick coating that's free of pfas,pfoa, lead and cadmium. I love that they are extra tough so they last and hold up are scratch resistant and extremely easy to clean. The design and color is beautiful.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I LOVE the design of these - gold handles and hardware and periwinkle outer coat to the pans. So stylish and chic! It's a true dark, periwinkle color, so make sure that's what you want. I love the Green Pan brand as it's trustworthy and durable, as long as you do not use metal at all and wash with a soft cloth or dishtowel. Hand dry. They last so long, and i don't even use spray for my eggs (but I do use a spatula to cook eggs so i'm constantly stirring and scraping).

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got the green pan reserve ceramic nonstick 10 and 12 inch frying pan set. I like the aesthetic look of the black with the gold handles. I used the pans this morning to make breakfast and they are really nonstick! I didn’t need no spray to make my eggs not stick to the pan. The 12 inch pan is perfect for frying chicken as well. It’s important to use plastic or wooden utensils to not scrape the bottom of these pans or else you will damage them. I’m hoping they last a long time. They are great quality and had an even cooking service. They are a good high-grade gauge pan.
