I've used GreenPan skillets for a few years and decided to upgrade to the GP5 line. A rivet on my old skillet had a chip, and I read this newer coating is way more durable. I love the heavy feel of these and the more refined look with the slate body and gold handle. I would call the handle color more along the lines of brass than what I would think of as champagne gold, but it's pretty still. It seems like they cook more evenly so far, even though I've only used them a few times. Very glad I purchased!

Absolutely love these pans! They are very well made and have a nice weight to them without being unwieldy to use. The coating is truly non stick and I love that this is a material I can feel safe about using in my home. One of the best features are the flat rivets where the handle is attached, they do not collect food/dirt the way others with more raised rivets can. I am very happy with these pans and would highly recommend them to anyone.

I literally use this pan every single day. Sometimes twice a day. It is my 'go to'. It has held up well to that kind of constant use. Heats very evenly and similar to a competitors commercial...when you put oil in the pan, it stays exactly where you poured it. Every time. Cooks exceptionally well at a lower temperature. Never any hot spots. Cleans up easily. Still looks brand new.

This is a great pan. The ceramic surface has great non-stick properties. Eggs slide right off it. I have had many non-stick pans in the past but this seems to be out-performing them all. The only thing I can’t speak for is its longevity. It seems like that is one of the problems with the non-stick pans that I have had. Even if I don’t use high heat or metal utensils, the non-stick properties of all the pans I’ve had degrades quicker than expected and scratches appear in the coating. I only hope this ceramic coating will hold up for many years

After researching pans, looking for one that was not going to leech PFAS, PFOA & Teflon GreenPan kept comming up. I was cautions about investing so much into a non-stick pan as I have tried quite a few and have not been impressed. This pan is well constructed, the coating is thick and durable. it cooks evenly and cleans up easily.

I’ve only had these pans for a week or so but I LOVE them so far. Heat up well…flat bottoms (no more oil or eggs running to the edges) & they clean up like a dream with a warm soapy cloth. Nothing sticks and making sure to use the silicon utensils. I also love the gray interiors as opposed to a pan with white or off white interiors that discolor over time. The best thing is I don’t have to worry about them making my family sick from toxins.

I purchased this small pan looking for a healthier way of cooking and to substitute the classical non stick one I had. After a few weeks of using it everyday for my breakfast I'm very pleased. It fulfilled all my expectations. The coating really works as a non stick. Weight is good and solid body. I like the handle because it does not transfer heat thanks to its fork attachment and its comfortable. Good choice.

Have used GreenPan nonstick pans in the past and thought they were great. Upgraded to GP5 pans and can't believe how much better they are. The nonstick coating is truly amazing, the new colors and gold colored handles are beautiful, and the included utensils set a new standard for ease of use and clean up. Couldn't be happier with this purchase, just wish they would add more sizes.

I love these pans. Everything I’ve cooked with them so far has come out great and cleanup is a breeze. In addition to performing fantastic they look great too. They are sturdy but no too heavy and the handles stay cool to the touch when cooking. Definitely recommend .

I have quite a few Green Pans and the higher the price the better the pan/pot. This one is great and I always hand wash and still use silicone utensils with this. So easy to clean. I would purchase again and don't be afraid to spend more in their product line.
