Wow, this green pan is even better than the last one! Nothing sticks to this sucker, and it is really satisfyingly heavy.

These have become our new go-to pans and they perform much better than the Ecolution and Caraway pans we previously owned. The non-stick is fantastic and doesn't require any oil for cooking most things.
