Love the nonstick so far. Looks great, but my old, cheap steel pots and pans have better designs for cool handles. The Nova gets too hot and requires an over mitt or potholder. Isn't that part of a good functional design? Now we'll have to put some cloth over a pot with an open flame. Not a bright idea.

absolutely adore my new Nova Greenpans!!! Cook great on my glasstop stove, even heat and the best grilled cheese sandwiches ever! And omlettes are so perfect!!! Cleanup is a breeze! I fried chicken fingers coated with4C panko seasoned and the cook was so even! I use paper towels to wipe out warm grease from pans then cool before washing.

Love my new pans!! I’ve tried a ton of high quality pans on the market but these are my favorite. High quality and made without the chemicals and toxins in a lot of cookware, I can cook with the peace of mind that every meal is healthy for me and my family. I need to buy more to replace all of my kitchenware. Obsessed!!

This set is marvelous. I am very pleased to be free from harmful PFA . I also find it very easy to use. Just makes sense to rid your cooking of harmful cooking interiors.
