I have been using GreenPan products for years and have never had a problem with any of them. I recently ordered and received this 10" pan, did a quick wash/rinse with a soft cloth and soap and water and set it aside to cook with later. When I started dinner that night (warming it up on low heat) it immediately started to give off a burnt plastic/paint smell. My daughter even came in and said "What is that smell?" It was awful. Anyone who has chemical sensitivities will tell you that a smell like that is an instant red flag that there are chemicals being released - in this case into your food and air! I'm so disappointed. The box is gone and I've used it once, so there can be no refund. Stick to the regular GreenPans and pass on these new finishes!

These fry pans are not for serious home cooks. Have had the 9.5 and 11 inch pans for 13 months. Already the non stick coating is terrible. I do not use high heat and I do not use sprays and still sub standard. Not durable whatsoever. They will not honor their warranties even with zero damage. They say there’s a film on it. lol. Obviously invisible. Do not waste your money on their products. Trust me you’ll regret it.

This is a great set for the majority of any cooks daily arsenal! I have used these both with gas range and electric cooktop and perform exceptional. No chipping or peeling of the coating after many uses.

Love the fact that it is non-stick and heat is spread evenly throughout the pan's surface.They are heavy and feel very high quality. It feels solid in the hand with balanced heat distribution.Things slide around on them with ease.They do not warp,cook evenly, and clean up easily.They are perfect for eggs, seafood, and stir-fry.The handle give good thermal protection from the heat generated when cooking on the stove.Cleaning of pan is breeze.I let the pan cool, rinse it with some hot soapy water, and dry.I have had these pan from few week and I am already became a fan. Set includes 2 fry pan and both pan are heavier, stronger and very well made. I tried these pan with very little or no oil/butter to cook my food,nothing sticks and you can remove whatever you're cooking by simply tilting the pan sideways all.Everything I’ve cooked has come out perfectly.Pans are metal utensils safe. All in all, these are really great pans.Definitely recommended!!

I purchased this set right after you launched it. I tell you that it is my favorite to date. The skillet is great for all sorts of things including baking biscuits. I was surprised how much they fluffed up. I tend to reach for my 9.5/10 inch skillet all the time. My Valencia Pro pans are quite good but this is better. I was sold on it that I purchased the full set without trying it first. I love the ceramic surface and it cooks quickly. Be prepared to use less heat with these babies. I didn't think anything could replace my Gastrolux. I'm happy that these easily do.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow, I'm amazed by these incredible Green pans! The color is a stunning Oxford blue. The pans nest perfectly together for easy storage. I was able to cook delicate dragon fruit pancakes in this without my pancakes sticking or burning ! I only had to use a little oil in the pan, and my pancakes cooked perfectly, I'm so in love with these pans! I also loved how easy it was to clean. I highly recommend these!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a huge fan of the Greenpan brand and its cookware. This nonstick pan is ceramic and does not include the known cancerous "forever" chemicals (e.g., Teflon, PFOAs, etc.). Ceramic cookware including this Greenpan frying pan has it's pro's and con's. Pros: the coating is nonstick, you can* use metal cooking utensils (*you can still damage the surface, but likely won't ingest any harsh chemicals), you can use on the stove or put the pan in the oven (up to 600F), and thick 5mm metal won't warp. Cons: can't use cooking sprays and recommended hand washing instead of dishwasher. Overall, I use this a few times a week and find it easy to use and clean. I don't use metal utensils (I use silicon), and haven't had any issues with damaging the nonstick surface. The frying pan is a bit on the heavy side, but I like that because it's unlikely to warp if you start frying something on the stove and then put the pan in the oven to finish it off (like a steak). I'm not sure about the longevity of the nonstick surface, but so far over the past few weeks with regular use, it has been great.

I put it on medium heat with a dash of oil and it has yet to stick any meal ive cooked , food comes right off . Just clen with a soft sponge a little dawn dish soap and boom like brand new
