You could clean it with just a paper towel. Clean and care for it according to directions and I imagine it'll last for quite a while. I've only had these for a couple months but so far, so good.

I splurged on these pans to replace a cheaper set of pans and was excited to get them. They are a beautiful color and the non-stick has held up well but within the first few uses, the ceramic edge immediately started chipping and rubbing off. The pans look like they are in terrible condition even though they were brand new when this started. I tried to make a warranty claim but was told this is normal and no warranty is available for it even though it doesn’t seem like normal wear for it to begin immediately or to be cause by the use of the lids while cooking.

You can tell by the weight and design that it is durable. The ceramic nonstick coating is perfect! Nothing sticks whatsoever! I love that I can use my metal utensils without worrying about scratching it up. So far, everything I have cooked on it, has cooked evenly and perfect! Cleanup is super easy! It’s even dishwasher safe! I want to get all the pots and pans in this collection.

I so badly wanted to love these pans. I was looking to upgrade to a healthy non-stick option and loved both the beautiful design and functionality. The first few months they were amazing--but slowly over time, they have become completely non-stick. I've followed the directions meticulously (never used cooking spray, never put them in the dishwasher, cleaned them silicone sponges, bought the GreenPan sponge) and I'm so incredibly disappointed. Every single time I cook, everything sticks. I've reached out to GreenPan's customer support but they were unable to help me with this and suggested I do the same cleaning process I've done several times with no luck. Our last set of pans lasted 10 years--but these only made it 1. Wish I would have known this before I purchased.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is an excellent ceramic nonstick pan and I’m happy to have it added to my kitchen collection. This pan has quite a bit of weight to it and it feels and looks very well made. It comes with guidelines on which stove type to avoid, which cleaning/utensils/preheating time/which type of oil to use and which to avoid. Those guidelines are very helpful to someone like myself new to ceramic pans. The first time I used this, I made chicken fajitas. In the picture, I had scooped the remaining into the middle of the pan and saw how the liquid in the bottom looked much different from the pan I usually make this in. In another, it shows the pan after just rinsing with water, no scraping or wiping with a sponge at that point and it was 99% cleared with just the water. Usually after making this meal, there is a lot of scrubbing involved to clean the pan. I like the small handle on one side to have an extra grip since the pan is rather large. For the regular handle, my only suggestion would be for it to be removable. The long handle made it more difficult to figure storage and tougher to fit in the sink/hold under the water in addition to the weight (which the small handle helped with). Overall I am very happy with this and look forward to adding more pieces of the collection into my kitchen.

I particularly love the gold handles, and the taupe color is beautiful as well. The best part, however, is how they perform while cooking. I haven’t had any issues with food sticking to the pan, whether I use olive oil or not. This convenience has truly saved me time! Additionally, they are dishwasher-safe, which is a significant advantage—something you don't often find with quality cookware. In my opinion, these pans are a fantastic addition to my cookware collection. They look even more impressive in person! They are easy to cook with, distribute heat evenly for consistent results, and are very easy to clean. The only downside I noticed is that this set didn’t include lids, which limits my meal options.
