[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pan is phenomenal! It heats evenly and quickly. It is light weight and strong. I cooked an entire meal with this bad boy right here and I must say even after all the grease, it's easy to get clean. No scrubbing required. Highly recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am IN LOVE with this pan. For starters, it’s is so cute. The size is great. I have used Green Pan products in the past and have the large skillets and the small ones but have never had the 12” ones. This one is perfect for a one person meal or a side dish— something not big. I wouldn’t say they are necessarily a “wipe clean” kind of pan, but not everything sticks to them. Keep them off of super high heat. Medium is where I’ve found the best results. They also say they are metal utensil safe, but the one time I used metal utensils on a previous Green Pan I owned— it got super scratched. I prefer to use rubber. All in all, these pans are extraordinary. I’ve traded all of my others for Green Pans and have even purchased their matching utensil sets off their website. I am very excited and happy to have been chosen to review this limited edition Blush pan.

I was so excited when we first got this set! They are beautiful, cooked so well, and cleaned up like a breeze! We've now had them for a mere year and a half and not 1, not 2, but 4 of our pans are no longer non-stick, have stains that you simply cannot get out, and even more have chips and scratches on the cook surface. I would like to point out that we were EXTREMELY careful in our care of these pans. They have ONLY been used with wooden cooking utensils, were NEVER used at anything higher than medium heat, and were ALWAYS hand washed. They were always stored safely, without stacking, except for the skillets, which had protectors in between. While the color on the outside is still nice, and the handles are still lovely and gold, the actually cooking surface is now destroyed on so many of our pans (even the one black skillet we have, because that size didn't come in this color). We are so incredibly disappointed that we have to now spend several hundred on a new set of pans so soon. I know non-stick don't last forever, but was expecting to have these for at least 5 years with the claims ceramic pans have. I've had much cheaper non-stick pans last for double that time! So sad and will not buy again nor recommend.

They are a healthy ceramic that is free of pfas, potatoes, lead and cadmium. They are very much nonstick! Everything just glides off of them! They're an absolute dream to cook on! They are super tough and durable and very easy to clean. I love the black color with the gold handles. I also love that they're oven safe up to 600°.

I’m looking forward to cooking many amazing meals in this pan. The color is beautiful and makes it easier to keep clean and see how the food is cooking. Have had these for about a year and a half, I normally cook six nights a week at home so these get used pretty frequently. They started great but I began to have sticking issues after around one year of use and now after a year and a half, they are just another normal pan that requires a good amount of fat for things to not stick. I tried to make a Spanish tortilla a week ago which included a lot of olive oil and the entire thing stuck badly, I still have bits of potato and onion that won't wash off the pan without me damaging the coating. I can't recommend this unless you are ok with replacing every year.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are high quality pans perfect for a variety of uses. The ceramic material has a good weight to you and you can tell these pans will hold up to wear and tear. The light blue color is a delight and will look perfect in my kitchen.

I love that my food doesn't stick to the bottom or sides of the pan. I love that it came with a lid so that helps with splatter and to be able to cook more things. It's sleek looking and Large. I will continue to cook with this pan and may look into getting others.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is probably the prettiest pan I have in my house! The pan itself is a great size, but not very deep. I wish it was dishwasher safe as well. I do think I’ll use it regularly but maybe not as often as my other pans that can be thrown in the dishwasher.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don't think I've ever been this excited about a pan!! First, it is heavy duty and it feels that way when you lift it up (bit heavy). It has one solid long handle on one side and a small loop handle on the other side to help support picking it up, which is really nice. The color is beautiful and would look classy in any kitchen (if that's a concern for you), as it looks very "high end" with the color and finishing. Now for performance- the "healthy" non-stick coating is incredible. My first time using I left ground turkey in there longer than I should have without stirring. I fully expected some serious stick to the pan issues or burning but I couldn't believe it when it easily scooped right up and flipped. Eggs will slide around on it without oil. Only 2 uses in so I can't comment much on long term quality, but so far? Extremely pleased and thinking of tossing all of my other pans. The cooking was also even and thorough. Love, love, love!!!
