Soybeans oil is bad oil as LDL. Soy oil spikes insulin. It is not keto friendly. I was misteken to buy it.

This is the BEST keto bread I have tasted. I have tried 3 or 4 other brands that were not good. It is expensive for such a small loaf, but any specialty item (low sugar, sugar-free, low-fat) usually is more expensive. I would definitely recommend this bread. It is very soft, even after freezing.
