I switched to this a few years ago. I eat it with Natural Peanut butter, raw Honey and Cinnamon every day for lunch. It's good for a healthy sandwich. Its NOT good for butter and sugar toast, grilled cheese or other high-fat sugary treats you'll need a differant bread for the tasty fattening stuff.

This bread is the best that I've to meet the need of bread but only having 5 net carbs! If you are used to wheat bread, you won't know the difference! I actually moved to an area that doesn't carry it and there aren't great replacement. Luckily, when I travel to visit parents back home, I purchase enough loaves to get me through until next time! If you are wondering how many, I walked out of Walmart earlier with 20 loaves! Its delicious and I wish they'd expand where its carried! Oh and we use it for grilled cheese, french toast, sandwiches and any other thing you'd use bread for. Our kids loves it too :)

Lewis is our favorite bread brand, and we utilize their healthy life bread and buns and have never once been let down. Can’t even tell a difference between this bread and the higher calorie bread, and it’s very affordable in comparison to other low calorie bread. Will forever be a staple in our home!

We love this bread. It is low carb and calorie. My boyfriend has diabetes a d he can eat it and it doesn’t affect his blood sugar.

Hi, I wouldn't like the whole wheat bread if you could just pick a another loaf of bread. Merita would be fine.
