This bread is great for when you're watching calories. It is a drier bread than normal sandwich bread, but for the calories I don't mind at all. It's perfect for volume eating, as you can have 4 slices for the calories of 2 regular slices of bread. So you feel like you're eating a lot white still staying within your calorie budget. I love it!

Great taste low calorie. Also adds fiber. My favorite bread. Lewis has a sugar free version of this fibered, low calorie whole wheat great tasting bread but it is never available. Why? Sugar Free bread helps reduce cravings.
