This bread was just nasty. It was so mushy and had a very bad taste. I have a brand that I use now from Walmart and I have tried every other “keto bread” and they are all similar with texture and taste. If all y’all are looking for a good very low-carb bread, Walmart has a brand called Bettergoods. Best spread.!
